My most successful season yet..7 times on stage with 4 golds, 2 silver and a bronze.

Thank yous:
Coach: teamlrf (even though he’s off ig atm), thank you for taking my physique and mindset to levels that’s lead to constant improvement and success

Bikini: @bikinimama_store beautiful Ferrari red suit. Truly felt like a goddess wearing it

Posing: @amyhope_platinumposing helped me see my own potential and master my stage presence

Make up: @makeoneup_ @fit_x_mua @paygemariemakeup. Did my own for the 1st 2 shows. Didn’t regret having my glam done for the last few. Took the stress off and made me look stunning

Support: @lou_mfitness driving up and down the country to come and support me and being the voice of reason when it got too much ❤️❤️ by @dondarkfit

Great way to the end the season with 2nd place at pca worlds yesterday. Apparently a 1 point difference between me and the winner and new pro, means I’m close. It’s been a successful season and the improvements I’ve made have paid off. Another productive off season coming up.. by @dondarkfit

Here’s how we’re looking 10 days into my 2 week holiday. Ngl it’s not been easy to stay sensible whilst on holiday but on an island where food is cheap and delicious. But goals so 🤷🏿‍♀️ by @dondarkfit
