What an amazing day for @2brospro_events first show of the season.

All the hard work paid off and I smashed my 2022 package out of the water. This look is insane.

Thank you to all those who came and to everyone who where cheering me on at home and messaged me.

Taking 1st in Master O35 and 2nd in Open was an absolute dream.

Onto the next 2bros in April for the pro qualifier and improve this current look.

Words can’t describe how I feel about ALL my clients. Some PT’s forget that some of your clients come to you because they want physical change but it doesn’t just stop there. You are potentially the closest person they will open up to and tell you their daily struggles and what they worry is in their day.
.
For me… me and my clients have a very open relationship and they can tell me anything they want in the hour they have with me but it doesn’t stop there, I have many times had clients turn up to their sessions in floods of tears and I’ve turned around and said “Todays not the day, let’s go get coffee for an hour instead” - In this I listen to each and ever word they have to say and give my opinion.. At times your a personal trainer, Therapist but also a very close friend to them.

I have time for ALL my clients and if they need me they know where I am at the end of the telephone or even to sit and have a chat with them.
.
Without the CMFA members I wouldn’t be here today with the job that I have and friends I have made through my company will forever take a place in my heart 💙
.
