Wasssgud yuh. Over a year since I’ve posted so here’s a lil update

Nice break from posting full of progress on the car, financial literacy, good friends, diving into other hobbies, and focus on work. I’ve pretty much retired my camera and haven’t touched any photography or video work.

Progress on the car: built the engine and chassis harness, two roll cages lol, hoarded wheels, bash bars, exhaust, got a couple different ratio diffs, custom driveshaft, got the CD009 working with a custom shifter bracket and a stage four comp clutch, radium rail with 1600cc injectors, fuel pump/lines with dw hanger, replaced just about everything under the chassis, and lots of tinkering with the engine bay. Im sure I’m forgetting a lot of little things, but it’s been a ton of slow progress taking my time making this car how I want with low stress. Look forward to driving and surely destroying the car. Just have paint, tune, and piecing together more details.

This was not part of the plan haha! Pulled an audible and ditched the ka-t for a built sr. Pairing it with a cd009 and a garret gtx2867 this thing is going to party.

Still have tons of work left to get this car done but progress comes in leaps and bounds. Very stoked rn and motivation is high. by @donjovious

Making progress on the s13. Itching to get all the aero on and painted. Waiting for parts to ship from Japan, so taking things one day at a time, and enjoying the build process. Hopeful to have it running and looking right come December 🍻 by @donjovious

Goodbye my friend.

I am putting my e36 convertible to rest. First photo is the car currently, as it is being stripped down to the frame. Second is the first photo I ever took of it in 2021. The rest are just some of my favorite pics or memories with the car (way too many to include).

I originally bought this as a donor drivetrain for another e36 coupe I had. I took it to one drift event, and it snowballed for years.

So much identity tied to a silly little car, but I am proud of what I built, and thankful for all that came with. The good and the bad, it was an absolutely incredible machine.

Dyno day recap post!
I was lucky enough to have @tye_ties_ties / @distinctive_tuning squeeze me in right before Super D. We worked through a number of issues, but ended the day with a peak power run of 507hp @17psi. The tune is so good! We were able to get my boost adjustment dial all set up allowing me to change power levels between 300-500hp on the fly (coolest part of the build).

We were also lucky enough to hang with @gearheaddrew and @anglesey while he got his car tuned as well. We hung out, shared some sandwiches, and both nervously watched our cars go through the wringer together.

Thank you to @behradsays for being a great friend joining/helping me!

It was a long but very successful day 😊
