One year working with @adam.liftzz and @stryve_coaching

I can’t express the happiness and joy I get from training. The growth in my body and my mind is what keeps me going. If this is the kind of change I saw after one year with Adam, this next year is going to be insane.

We’ll hit the stage at some point, but we gotta keep growing 💪🏼 taken in Absolute Recomp - Lewisville by @donovan_and

I’ve always thought lifting was about building and gaining. More lifts, more food, always more. The last 9 months was a huge learning curve.

Did my first ever cut the last few weeks and boy I’ve never looked or felt so good. The scale can help you measure progress, but it’s ultimately about how you look and feel. Might actually give this body building thing a try 👀

🔊 Huge shout out to @adam.liftzz and @relentless.physiques. Wouldn’t be possible without his knowledge and assistance.
