Down 20 lbs… and looks bigger ? 🤯

That’s what happens when you stop force bulking and actually get your body working for you instead of against you.

For years he was stuck in the cycle—force feeding calories, bloating, poor digestion, and a midsection that never tightened up. His gut was wrecked, inflammation was high, and none of that extra food was being used to build quality muscle.

We didn’t just cut calories and add in cardio—we fixed the foundation:
• Improved digestion and gut health
• Leveled hormones and neurotransmitters
• Pulled back on excessive surplus
• Prioritized nutrient-dense foods
• Structured training for actual progression

Result? Less inflammation, tighter waist, better nutrient absorption… and now the muscle he already built actually shows and we added tissue in the process. 🎯

This is your reminder—more food isn’t always the answer. If your gut is off, your progress will be too. If you want to be the best you can be drop a comment down below or shoot me a message!
