Pivot. That’s the name of the game in the wine business. Nothing ever goes to plan, but things always seem to fall into place somehow.

And pivoting is what we seem to do at our events! When you watch the weather all week only to have it dump rain as your guests arrive is the ultimate test in patience.

And while the plates and glasses were all soaked, we thank all of you that came out to celebrate the start to our harvest. This fun tradition has grown into something more than just a dinner, it’s become a tradition. We get together and celebrate more than wine, more than harvest…this dinner is the start of many new memories and relationships.

So, thank you to those that came out and pivoted with us. It was one for the books and we can’t wait to do it again next year.

Enjoy a beautifully curated 9-course dinner with southerner and acclaimed chef from Seattle, Matt Lewis. With past stints at Canlis and the Four Seasons, Matt brings an extremely unique and fun element to his cooking and this evening together. Limited to just 12 seats, this intimate dinner will feature Dossier’s Halo Reserve wines, some vintage Dossier and other surprises. This will be a world class experience not to be missed!

When we came up with the idea of our “backyard dinner” we wanted something simple to do with all of you….something special that brought people together for an amazing evening out together celebrating harvest and community. You all came out and blew us away in support of this! If you haven’t gotten a chance to come to these dinners, I would not wait as our Friday dinner is the only one with a few tickets left. We’re bringing together everything we love for one summer afternoon: BBQ fresh off the grill by the one and only @aarontekulve of @surrellseattle, plenty of Dossier wine (including new wines, library wines and your trusty favorites) and a tasting room full of good people.

Don’t worry…we haven’t gone anywhere! We’ve just been busy getting our NEW Woodinville tasting room built out, traveling across the country pouring our wines, sharing new wines with new faces, and growing the Dossier team along the way!

But, we’re still here and we’ve got some really exciting things in the works: new wines, new events, and a whole lot more to share soon.

About last night 🍷✨

Having friends in our home enjoying incredible food and amazing wines was always the ultimate dream. Thank you @aarontekulve and the @surrellseattle team for providing a mind-blowing 9 course menu paired with our favorite wines. Cheers to the team who helps continue to make these dreams come true… it was an evening to remember!

We were just thinking about our Spring Kick-Off party, and wow, that was an incredible night! Thank you to all of you that came out dressed to the nines, ready to have fun, smiling, having a great time. It was a beautiful evening we all got to share together!

And if you missed it? Well, you missed a great one, but we have new events on our website including the biggest wine weekend of the year, Walla Walla Spring Release, and an incredible dinner in late May with @lamarbellevue.

Raise a glass with La Mar Bellevue and @dossierwine for an evening of culinary elegance and exceptional wine.

Join us on Thursday, May 21 for a uniquely curated multi-course menu developed by Executive Chef Kaoru Chang and our culinary team, paired perfectly with select wines from Dossier to highlight the harmony of flavor and craft.

The evening begins with a reception at 6PM, followed by dinner at 6:30PM in our Bar + Lounge. Guests must be 21+.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.

March is not only Washington Wine Month but it’s also when we start to see all of you again after the long winter months. Our tasting rooms get busy again, the patios start to open up, and we start to hear you say “geez, weren’t you guys just over in (insert) doing a dinner?”…we are gonna be all over the US this year!
