That’s a wrap! Album number 3 recorded and off to be mixed! Should be out before Xmas. Massive thanks to Marc @marcsteiner_mixart and everyone at @mixart.ch and special guest vocalist Anna @booster_chick 😊This is my best album so far and I have already booked in for next year to record Album number 4. Now it’s time for some surgery and some long recovery ❤️‍🩹 taken in Interlaken, Switzerland by @douggsbase

Some editing while I am healing up. One of the best jumping days of my career with great humans. What a great sport where you can jump with your hero’s and they are also your friends!! Thanks to everyone for such a great time!! So grateful💖🙏 @xdubai

Every year the Oscars get handed out left right and center.

Not ours.

At Learn to BASE Jump the Oscars only come out at the Mullet Boogie, and only for moments that truly deserve the recognition .

Introducing the Oh Shit Camera Always Records Award.

And if you are lucky… the Oscar might come out.

Who knows… we might even be handing them out again next year at Mullet Boogie 😉

Marathons are just f@cking hard. Continent number 6 done!!! ✅ was kicking ass for the first half then had to piss and my body seemed to just break down after that. Was going for sub 4 hours but my body decided otherwise. I left it all out there though. Anyone that has done one know the brutal 30-38 km mark where it’s just pain both mentally and physically. It didn’t help that I do a triathlon 7 days before. 1 more to go in Portugal in October. Massive thanks to @birdmanactual and @mrshaysq for inspiration. As Shay tells me… “embrace the suck and everything you get to feel is a privilege” 💖🙏 so grateful 💖💖💖 time for some forced rest to heal all my niggling injuries from my 40’s 😂🤦‍♀️ taken in Santiago, Chile by @douggsbase

Massive thank you to everyone for wishing me well on my 50th bday. So much gratitude and love. Thanks so much to everyone that organized the the perfect day from sunrise to sunset. You know who you are. I was in bed by 9:30pm. Such a contrast to my 40th. Had a solid time in a triathlon 2 days later as a result. I stuck to my goal and was the fittest I have ever been at 50. What a gift my life has been. I never planned on getting old and I feel it every day but I am enjoying each and every day and what it brings no matter what. Next age goal is 86. Bring it!! Much love everyone 💖 by @douggsbase

More than 5300 BASE jumps deep and still getting after the simple stuff… flat and stable never goes out of style.
