Part 1 of 2- Dough by Lacastri with @chrissy_eatzzz

Chrissy and I had the BEST time at @doughsilverlake! 🍕✨

I had heard great things about the food, so I wasn’t surprised that everything we ordered was incredible—but what really exceeded our expectations were the cocktails and the service.
Huge shoutout to @mluna0304, who is an absolute master mixologist. Every drink was not only delicious but crafted with so much care and attention to detail. The presentation? Beautiful. 🤌🏻🍸

DOUBLE CUT BONE-IN BERKSHIRE PORK CHOP 🥩🔥

Finished with white wine, cherry peppers, and our housemade salmoriglio — a vibrant Sicilian herb oil layered with parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, shallot, garlic, and fresh lemon zest. 🇮🇹✨

Bold flavors. Perfect char. The kind of dish that turns dinner into an experience.

This is comfort food the DOUGH way — elevated, unforgettable, and made to be shared over good wine and even better company. 🍷

talian Tuna Salad 🐟🇮🇹

Cannellini beans, premium tuna, kalamata olives, red onion, and fresh arugula—simply dressed with our house white balsamic vinaigrette.

Light, bold, and perfectly balanced… the kind of dish that hits different in spring and summer.

Reserve your table.

Golden fries tossed in garlic herb oil and topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.

A perfect bite with one of our crafted cocktails or a glass of Chianti. 🍷
