Summer flew by. September has me hitting the books again. I return to my mantra: one day at a time, staying open to the idea that the universe has my back. ♥️💆‍♂️🥁🦄🚲💎🌎✨⭐️💫🌟☄️🤩 by @douzzzcam

Five years ago today, Jerry passed into the spirit world.

I still think about him every day. I think about the lessons he left me with, the gift of music he shared so generously, and the community he helped create and nurture.

His presence continues to echo through so much of what I do, and I’m deeply grateful to have shared part of the journey with him. Miss you my friend ♥️ 🥁 by @douzzzcam

An incredibly full and amazing year has come and gone and today the Creative Music Workshop begins again. Looking forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and stepping into another week of improvised music, curiosity, and unexpected moments. Here’s to listening, creating, dancing, and seeing where the music takes us. 🥁 💃 ♥️ by @douzzzcam
