I spent the morning with Bees!
Fascinating creatures!

Learning about their lives, life cycles, roles and how they all work as a collective for the ultimate good of the success of the hive and the procreation of more bees.

They are intelligent, coherent and divine by nature.
They are an integral part of a thriving ecosystem.

We relish in the fruits of their labor.. honey.
Not made for us.. but we enjoy it anyway.

The Queen lives 5-6 years as opposed to all the others who live 1-2 months because she eats the Royal Jelly every day!
The primer honey- offered to her by the worker bees.

They are a complex and highly organized system of divine life.

I hope you all fall in love with bees as much as I have. 💖

12 glorious days.. celebrating a milestone birthday!
The pictures speak for themselves as my story unfolds.
As Sound creates form- it brought me new friends and profound experiences.
Guided by nature and all her blessings and wisdom.
Kicking back into the abundance and comfort of a Hobbits life! Second breakfast and all!
From sacred waters of rivers, falls, lakes and cave creations- the magic filled my soul, blessed my spirit, nourished and healed my body and brought my mind to peaceful places.
So grateful!!!#birthday #love #celebration #wellness #grateful by @dr.barriesands

There is no greater teacher than nature. For nature is perfect and harmonic by design. We often forget that we are part of that nature.

The Shasta Field carries the energy of the root chakra of the planet. It unearths what has been buried, and clears what has died so that new growth can form.

This residency is not an easy one. It challenges the mind, heart and spirit to align with the natural world. The more far removed we are from the heart of the Mother, the more intense it feels as She pulls us to surrender.

I’m beyond proud of all these women. The transformation I was blessed to witness in each of them was nothing short of the Divine at work.
Congratulations to all these beautiful souls.

Although it takes many lifetimes to master sound, this group unpeeled another layer into the mastery of the Soundbath Arc in only a few days.

I love you all.
Use the rhythm of your hearts and the authenticity of your voices to bring more harmony into this world. OM.

XO - Janelle and Jeff

Stay tuned for the next Harmonic Residency
