I know you’re tired of the back and forth about the same thing… those moments when conflict feels like a never ending, treacherous battle with no winner.

how do I know? cause i’ve been there many times and it’s not pretty… so I had to learn how to resolve conflict in a way that didn’t leave me feeling more wounded than when it started!

i learned the lessons that sprouted from my own experiences and the lessons from my therapy room. applied the lessons, did the work, and put all my insight into this book

now i’m gifting it to you.. cause I care and I can’t see every last one of yall in my therapy room/screen 😂 so book was the best option

after experiencing the benefits of healing, we tend to want to share our successes with everyone to push them to succeed like us! i get it.. you see what therapy has done for you and now youre telling your ppl, “you should go to therapy”

just trust that everyone will find their medicine when they are ready to receive

be patient because you were once where they are… have compassion 💓

how to lock in and get sh*t done?!

SINGLE TASKING

completing one thing at a time will get you there faster than doing multiple tasks at a time.. reduces errors, increases focused energy, and gives you a clear sense of accomplishment
