Our New York Bliss Collective: Brunch & Sip was made even more meaningful through the support of our incredible community partners. 🌸💜

Together, we created a space where education, wellness, connection, and empowerment came together—giving attendees the opportunity to learn, ask questions, access trusted resources, and connect with a community committed to supporting them throughout their health journeys.

This is what the Bliss Collective is all about: bringing people and partners together to turn education into empowerment and community into action.

To our community partners, thank you for showing up, sharing your resources, and helping make Bliss New York such an impactful experience. 🩷

INTRODUCING COMPLETE WELLNESS WEAR ✨

The first installment we will be using to promote wellness is our “Baddies Need Rest Too” collection!

This collection is to remind professional women, working women, entrepreneur women, women who are mothers, and women who are girlfriends and wives the importance of RESTING. Yes, you can be a baddie and wear many hats, but to show up as your best, you can’t forget rest. So here we are my loves!

Go to the link in bio and purchase your “bubbly baddie” style T-shirt from our Etsy store.

Share with a baddie who needs this reminder! 💓

BADDIES NEED REST TOO‼️

It’s a movement yall! A reminder for women who are living their lives, doing things that baddies do! YOU need rest too!

It’s not optional, it’s optimal…

To keep showing up as the baddies that you are, it’s imperative to have a well regulated nervous system, digestive system, and circadian rhythm.

And how does do you achieve that?

Pausing. Breathing. Being present and intentional.

So, I put it on a shirt so you wouldn’t forget and you could remind other baddies.

Check it out through the link in my bio 🩷

Spring Break at @greatwolflodge was a time . We all came together for a weekend full of fun, water slides, hot tubs, wave pools, dance parties, arcade games, bowling, playground fun, and more.

Family trips matter! It’s not just about getting away,it’s about being present, , and giving our kids experiences they’ll carry with them.

My dad called and said, “How your kids on spring break and they not even in school?”
Sir… they’re one and two. Idc idc 😂But I’m big on giving them the childhood and experiences that we never had growing up. of moments Whether it’s a road trip or a flight, I want to make it a priority to take at least one family trip a year.

We would love for you to join us in the next one . Click the link in our bio and subscribe to the site to be in the know.
