What a day in Liverpool!

I feel truly honoured and grateful to have been invited to the opening of LIFEFORCE LAB – The Future of Longevity.

A very special thank you to Cheryl J, whose passion, dedication and personal health journey have inspired her to create something truly special, going far beyond longevity and putting health at the heart of everything.

Our paths crossed through her own health journey at our ndu clinic centre for biological dentistry in London, which makes being part of this special day even more meaningful to me.

The atmosphere, the energy and the enthusiasm were fantastic!

Cheryl, thank you for including me in your journey. I feel truly blessed to have been part of it and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Biological Dentistry meets Longevity & Health in Liverpool 🦷

I’m incredibly excited to be speaking this weekend at the opening of LIFEFORCE LAB in Liverpool, bringing the conversation around biological dentistry, oral health and whole-body health to the heart of the city.

And for me, the message behind this space goes much deeper than longevity or biohacking.

It’s about HEALTH.

It’s about giving people knowledge and tools to take better care of themselves, raising health awareness and helping people understand the connections within their own bodies.

For me, one of those connections begins with a message I’ve been passionate about for many years:

Health starts in your mouth. 🦷

I’ll be talking about biological dentistry and the connection between oral health and overall health. What should we be looking for in the mouth? What can our teeth, gums and jaw tell us? And how can dentistry become part of a much bigger conversation about maintaining health throughout life?

Berlin inbound. 24 hours in Berlin. 🇩🇪

I remember @natgeotravel once asking: What do you do when you have just 24 hours in a city?

Well, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend mine.

A day surrounded by innovators in medicine, dentistry, diagnostics and whole-body healthcare — people pushing the boundaries of how we understand, diagnose and ultimately care for our patients.

Great to catch up with Norbert from @natchlabs , producing what I believe is some of the best oral care out there — bioactive oral care powered by postbiotics, fitting perfectly into an event focused on the bigger picture of whole-body care.

The main event was the unveiling of Polaris Diagnostics and the possibilities of chairside diagnostics — bringing meaningful health information closer to the patient, with the aim of better-informed treatment, better care and ultimately better patient outcomes.

Also presented was the new X-Guide by @nobelbiocare , adding another exciting dimension to a day centred around innovation, precision and the future of patient care.

Brilliant talks, great conversations and, most importantly, a focus on how these technologies can be applied directly in everyday clinical practice.

And what a setting — right in the heart of Berlin, at the headquarters of NIO Cars @nioglobal , a company that is itself helping to shape the future.

An honest, open and completely spontaneous patient testimonial. 🤍

We were simply chatting at the end of today’s appointment when Jane started telling us about her experience at ndu clinic — so we asked if she would mind saying it again on camera.

No script. No preparation. Just her experience.

From initially coming to us with a number of dental concerns, through implant treatment and finally completing her last crown today, what meant the most to us was hearing that her whole experience of going to the dentist has changed.

She spoke about trust, feeling comfortable throughout her treatment, being happy with the work she has had done and, importantly, how well she has recovered following her procedures.

For us, that is what biological dentistry is about: careful assessment, thoughtful planning, taking our time, preparing the patient properly and supporting healing with techniques such as PRF and ozone where appropriate.

What an amazing weekend this was! 🙌

We loved having the opportunity to meet and speak with so many of you at the @healthoptimisationsummit What an incredible event — definitely one of the best!

Having been in London in the field of Biological Dentistry since 2011, it’s amazing to see how much this field continues to grow and evolve. And it just keeps getting better.

I’m incredibly proud of this team and grateful to every single person for the passion, hard work and care they bring to what we do every day.

And most importantly, a huge thank you to all of our patients — those who have been with us over the years and those who are just discovering us — for choosing to come and see us and for the trust you place in our team. ❤️

“Why wouldn’t you care about what you brush your teeth with?” 🦷

At the Health Optimisation Summit in London, we caught up with @hofitgolanofficial for a conversation about a part of our daily health routine that often doesn’t get enough attention: the mouth.

For Hofit, health optimisation is about looking at the body as a connected system — rather than treating oral health, gut health and the rest of the body as completely separate conversations.

Day 1 is a wrap! 🙌

What a great start to the Health Optimisation Summit.

A huge thank you to the entire @healthoptimisationsummit team and to @timbiohacker for bringing a fresh new day to the event. Health and business day. We genuinely loved the intimacy of today — it almost felt like a reunion after our retreat in Corfu.

Amazing to bump into so many brilliant people from the industry, including @drdome1 and @loui_blake , hear some of the first talks, reconnect with old friends and start some fascinating new conversations.

At our stand, we already had people testing with @polaris_diagnostix , looking at biomarkers including vitamin D, testosterone and ferritin — and, most importantly, using those results to start conversations about their health.

We also had some fantastic discussions around biological dentistry and how looking at the mouth differently can completely change the way we think about whole-body health.

And a real pleasure spending the day alongside John Roberts, one of the pioneers of biological dentistry in the UK.

Alongside @natchlabs genuinely such a pleasure seeing people’s reactions. People loved the products, loved brushing with them for the first time, and I have a feeling quite a few won’t be looking back. 🪥

Day 1 done. Bring on Day 2. 🌱

NATURE KNOWS BALANCE. 🌊🌿

Sitting by the sea in Croatia, surrounded by nature, I was reminded of something incredibly simple — nature is all about balance.

As a team, we bring together 125+ years of combined dental experience.

Interestingly, we studied at the same university — but never actually met there.
