Moments like these make our work truly special. ❤️

After completing his dental treatment and having his last remaining amalgam (metal) fillings removed, Danny spontaneously shared how he felt and what this journey meant to him. It was a big step for him, and hearing his gratitude was incredibly rewarding.

We asked whether he would be happy to share a few words on camera, and he kindly agreed.

A heartfelt thank you to him for sharing his experience, to every patient who places their trust in us, and to our wonderful team for the care and dedication they bring every day.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do.

🇬🇧 London, we’re coming for you.

This week, Natch is heading to Dentistry Show London 2026 (@dentistryshowcs) , and this time, we’ll be there together with our partner @ndu_clinic, Dr. Goran Stojanovic (dr_gogi) and his team.

On 9–10 October, thousands of dental professionals will come together at ExCeL London to discover the latest innovations, exchange ideas and learn from leading voices across the industry. With 100+ speakers, 180+ exhibitors and a programme packed with seminars, workshops and hands-on experiences, there’s a lot to explore.

And we’ll be right in the middle of it.

For us, being part of Dentistry Show London alongside NDU Clinic is an opportunity to bring a different perspective to daily oral care — one that looks beyond simply cleaning teeth and considers ingredients, the oral microbiome and the role oral health plays in our bigger health picture.

Together with Dr. Goran Stojanovic, we’re looking forward to meeting dental professionals, exchanging ideas about the future of oral health and introducing more people to the Natch approach.

Come meet us, talk oral care and, most importantly, try our Toothpaste and Mouthwash Tabs for yourself.

📍 Find Natch × NDU Clinic at Stand J24
📅 9–10 October 2026
📌 ExCeL London

Dentistry is evolving. We’re excited to be part of the conversation.

An honest, open and completely spontaneous patient testimonial. 🤍

We were simply chatting at the end of today’s appointment when Jane started telling us about her experience at ndu clinic — so we asked if she would mind saying it again on camera.

No script. No preparation. Just her experience.

From initially coming to us with a number of dental concerns, through implant treatment and finally completing her last crown today, what meant the most to us was hearing that her whole experience of going to the dentist has changed.

She spoke about trust, feeling comfortable throughout her treatment, being happy with the work she has had done and, importantly, how well she has recovered following her procedures.

For us, that is what biological dentistry is about: careful assessment, thoughtful planning, taking our time, preparing the patient properly and supporting healing with techniques such as PRF and ozone where appropriate.

Thank you, Jane, for trusting us with your care — and for agreeing to this very spontaneous video… on the strict condition that you don’t have to watch it back! 😄

Health starts in your mouth.

“Why wouldn’t you care about what you brush your teeth with?” 🦷

At the Health Optimisation Summit in London, we caught up with @hofitgolanofficial for a conversation about a part of our daily health routine that often doesn’t get enough attention: the mouth.

For Hofit, health optimisation is about looking at the body as a connected system — rather than treating oral health, gut health and the rest of the body as completely separate conversations.

We talked about the oral microbiome, why what we choose for our daily oral care matters, and why brushing your teeth deserves a place in the wider conversation around health and wellbeing.

And as someone who spends a lot of time travelling, Hofit also discovered another side of Natch: how easy toothpaste tabs are to take wherever life takes you. ✈️🌍

“I live on airplanes… it’s small, it’s so easy to travel with.”

Watch our conversation with @hofitgolanofficial from the @healthoptimisationsummit and hear her perspective on why oral health deserves more attention. 🎥

Because health optimisation shouldn’t stop at the mouth. 🦷✨

Day 1 is a wrap! 🙌

What a great start to the Health Optimisation Summit.

A huge thank you to the entire @healthoptimisationsummit team and to @timbiohacker for bringing a fresh new day to the event. Health and business day. We genuinely loved the intimacy of today — it almost felt like a reunion after our retreat in Corfu.

Amazing to bump into so many brilliant people from the industry, including @drdome1 and @loui_blake , hear some of the first talks, reconnect with old friends and start some fascinating new conversations.

At our stand, we already had people testing with @polaris_diagnostix , looking at biomarkers including vitamin D, testosterone and ferritin — and, most importantly, using those results to start conversations about their health.

We also had some fantastic discussions around biological dentistry and how looking at the mouth differently can completely change the way we think about whole-body health.

And a real pleasure spending the day alongside John Roberts, one of the pioneers of biological dentistry in the UK.

Alongside @natchlabs genuinely such a pleasure seeing people’s reactions. People loved the products, loved brushing with them for the first time, and I have a feeling quite a few won’t be looking back. 🪥

Day 1 done. Bring on Day 2. 🌱

We’re incredibly excited to be part of the Health Optimisation Summit 2026 — Europe’s original health optimisation event, now in its sixth year.

And a special thank you to Tim Biohacker, whose vision, energy and hard work have brought this extraordinary community together.

This year, we’re also bringing something very special.

Together with Polaris Diagnostics, we’ll be offering you the opportunity to experience the next generation of in-clinic health testing — with results while you wait.

NATURE KNOWS BALANCE. 🌊🌿

Sitting by the sea in Croatia, surrounded by nature, I was reminded of something incredibly simple — nature is all about balance.

The water, the minerals, the salt, the microorganisms… everything works together in a beautifully complex ecosystem.

And our bodies are no different.

Being in nature helps us ground, slow down, relax and reset our nervous system. It reminds us that health isn’t always about adding more — sometimes it’s about creating the right environment for the body to find its natural balance.

That same philosophy is one of the things I love about Natchlabs.

This is not simply another toothpaste. It represents a new generation of bioactive oral care, combining postbiotics with carefully selected bioactive ingredients designed to work in harmony with the oral environment and support the oral microbiome.

Because our mouth isn’t separate from the rest of our body.

The oral microbiome and gut microbiome are part of an interconnected ecosystem — and supporting that balance is becoming an increasingly important part of how we think about whole-body health.

From the balance we see in nature to the balance we create within.

🌊 Ground.
🌿 Reset.
🦷 Support your oral microbiome.
✨ Let it smile.

LEVEL UP.

Biological dentistry since 2011 — continuously exploring, questioning and following where the science takes us.

As a team, we bring together 125+ years of combined dental experience.

And we are still learning.

Because experience isn’t the finish line. It’s the foundation that allows us to keep evolving, refining our skills and taking what we do to another level.

The next step in that journey is with Dr. Dome @drdome1 — a good friend for more than 12 years and someone whose knowledge, experience and thinking have helped shape the world of biological dentistry.

Interestingly, we studied at the same university — but never actually met there.

Years later, our paths crossed through biological dentistry.

Now, I’m excited to dive deeper into the wealth of knowledge and experience Dr. Dome has accumulated over the years — driven by a mindset of constantly questioning, exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

More knowledge.
More precision.
More understanding.

Always exploring.
Always learning.
Always moving forward.

Because the moment we stop learning, we stop progressing.

We are excited and grateful to be part of the BGS global standard

Photo dump of some wonderful days in Pula, Croatia, hanging out with friends before our big house move. I definitely needed this for my mind, some days away from the chaos of buying and selling a house.

Through this journey, I learned that I need to return to meditation. It's such an important tool for the mind, and amidst the chaos of nervous breakdowns, I forgot how amazing it is to have that routine.

But I am forever grateful that I can step away to another country to clear my mind, and I am truly thankful to be in this journey.

I always end up with this thought: In the middle of all the bad things there can be something good that comes out of it even if it’s just a lesson.
