No more flaky systems that last three days

Let's build you one that fits how your brain actually works 🧠

If you run a business with ADHD and you're stuck in this loop 🌀

1. You know exactly what would move the business and still can't start it
2. Every system you set up collapses within a week
3. Client work always gets done, your own work never does

That ain't a discipline problem, my friends.

Clearly we need an ADHD solution for an ADHD problem 💡

My 12-week 1:1 programme builds structure around your brain.

Now taking new 1:1 clients.

👇🏻 Some of the most successful entrepreneurs on the planet share the same "problem"

Elon Musk : $400B+
Richard Branson : $2.5B
Ingvar Kamprad (IKEA) : $58.7B
David Neeleman (JetBlue) : $400M
Barbara Corcoran : $100M

All ADHD.

Not cos ADHD is a superpower.

But because they figured out how to make it work for them instead of against them.

Here's what that actually looks like as an entrepreneur:

1️⃣ Write down what you're great at and what drains you.
2️⃣ Build your business around the first list. Outsource the second.
3️⃣ Keep everything in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.
4️⃣ When hyperfocus kicks in, batch weeks of work into one session.
5️⃣ Automate the boring stuff. Hire for the stuff you hate.
6️⃣ Free yourself up for the creative work that actually moves the needle.

ADHD only becomes a liability when your business is built for someone else's brain.

Build systems around how you think.

I've been both: Two years as a doctor with a rota someone picked for me and now running my own business where nobody tells me what to do.

With ADHD, each one has their own pros and cons. As an employee, the structure was handed to me. So, someone checked my work, the day had a end time and I got paid even on the days I was unproductive.

As a founder, I get to build everything around how my brain works. I work when I focus best, I try ideas without asking permission, and when something goes well, it's mine to keep.

Neither one fixes is necessarily better, they just need different systems.

Which one would you pick, and why? Tell me below. taken in United States by @dr_nickyyy

People think ADHD means you can't do things.

Most ADHD founders I talk to can do the hard things.

Like start the business.
Get the client.
Learn something new in a weekend.

It's the easy things that don't get done.

The dentist appointment.
The email.
The 20 minutes of admin that would take anyone else 20 minutes.

The single difference is that one task has urgency and interest attached and the other has nothing.

So I learned to build a structure around my tasks so even the boring tasks get done.

That's what I'm covering in my free workshop, Tuesday 22 September, 9PM ET.

Consistency is not a feeling: you will never wake up feeling consistent, and if you wait for it you will fail every time.

So make the output consistent instead of how you feel.

For example, a fixed weekly template you rinse and repeat. Mondays are content and ads, Wednesdays I do what grows the business & Fridays I review and plan the next week.

The point isn't to follow it perfectly, because I rarely do. It's that on a bad day I still know where I am in the week, so the next day I reset without overthinking.

From the outside people call me disciplined but little do they know from the inside it's a template that removes decisions.

I'm running a free workshop for ADHD founders on Tuesday 22 September, 9PM ET / 6PM PT.

Everyone with ADHD has tried all the free things.

The videos, the apps, the books. Maybe medication or therapy.

But you're still stuck, so there's a little voice saying nothing will ever work...😫

Those things failed because a separate tool without a system doesn’t work and that’s why you give up so quickly

But you can do something about it and

That’s what I’m covering in a free workshop next Tuesday !

I’ll show you why every system you've created failed and how to make ADHD bulletproof ones instead 🔫

Save the date: Tuesday 22 September, 9pm ET / 6pm PT 🗓️

It’s around 50 minutes, with a Q&A at the end.

I used to think the problem was that I had too much to do 🧑🏻‍💻

Turns out the problem is that nobody is giving me any pressure.

If you have ADHD, freedom isn't the reward you thought it was. Our brains needs someone to keep us accountable.

Kudos to all ADHD entrepreneurs - it’s not easy but it’s worth it.

Everyone treats hyperfocus like a superpower you just need to unlock- however, it’s a double-edged sword ⚔️

We tend to hyperfocus on what is interesting instead of what is important.

So you may get six hyperproductive hours on a side project you didn't mean to do, whereas the important work you've been putting off still hasn't been done.

But we can't simply switch it on and switch it off like a button.

What you can control however is how you channel it.

Which of these four hacks have you not tried yet?

Dear younger me,

At 3, you started getting into trouble at Kindergarten

At 7, you moved to the UK, and realised you didn’t fit in

At 17, you failed all your medical interviews

At 18, you barely got into Edinburgh medical school through the waiting list

At 19 you failed all your first year exams

At 22 you did pushups and squats just to concentrate during hospital shadowing

At 24 you graduated despite all your doubts

At 26, you left medicine and nobody understood why

At 26, you moved country again

At 27, you're building something that finally gives you autonomy and freedom by helping people who are going through the same things now

You had no idea. I think you'd be pretty proud...

I went one year sober and the biggest change I noticed was my business 🍾

I drank maybe once a month. But once I started I couldn't stop, and that's an ADHD dopamine chasing trait.

And so 1 night out took a full week off my schedule. Sometimes longer😫

Then I'd do it again a month later.

And the next day was never really about the hangover.

My brain already has low dopamine and so the next day it was so much harder to get sh** done.

So I quit clean because all or nothing is easier for me than a rule I have to keep deciding about.

Here I am today - one year later: I have consistent mornings, 60,000 followers, and systems I can stick to.

Every business you started followed the same four stages, which you probably never saw as a pattern 🔄

Stage 1
The idea arrives and you feel alive.

Stage 2
Then the novelty runs out and the actual work starts, and suddenly you cannot make yourself open the file.

Stage 3
So you leave it, feel guilty, and forget to cancel the subscription.

Stage 4
Then a new idea shows up and the spark comes back, and you're at stage one again.

The cycle relies on novelty, and novelty always runs out🏃

The solution is creating a system that keeps you consistent in the middle stage when the spark is gone.

I quit medicine to build this business and my ADHD got worse before it got better.

I thought self employment would fix everything. But what happened is I removed deadlines and people waiting on me - so I couldn’t get anything done.

I realised that I had a structure problem and that structure can be rebuilt and this is what I want to help other ADHD founders with now.

So I'm teaching the whole thing live next Tuesday in my workshop. I’ll share my own story, the three beliefs that kept me stuck in place, and one exercise you can do on the workshop live that shows you map out your whole day.

It’s free, it’s around 50 minutes with a Q&A at the end.

Stop waiting for change and save the date : Tuesday 22 September, 9pm ET / 6pm PT.
