I’m going to keep posting my weight loss journey, my workouts, my progress, my struggles, and every step in between not because I need everyone to approve of me, but because I know someone out there needs to see it. ❤️‍🔥

If my journey can motivate even one person to get up, start again, believe in themselves, or realize that change is possible, then I’ll keep showing up. I know what it feels like to look at yourself and wonder if you’ll ever get to where you want to be. I also know how powerful it feels to finally start becoming the person you always knew you could be.
