Hi my name is Carrigain, I wanted to share a little bit about who I am ✨ starting with being late to posting trends lol

To me there’s nothing better than being on the water 🌊. I have been a dragon boat paddler based in Colorado since 2012 and like to call it my second career 🚣🏽‍♀️. I absolutely love my team @lbt_dragonboat 🧡 and being apart of the dragon boat community has given me some amazing life experiences like competing in Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, meeting paddlers and trading jerseys from around the world 🗺️. I can’t wait to see where we go next, but it’s a dream of mine to paddle for Team USA @usdragonboat 💭

My main career consists of; esthetics, massage therapy & yoga 🧖🏽‍♀️ I am passionate about what I do and you can book appointments @healingglospa

✨ a few of my favorite things ✨
Animals
🐱🐋🐻
Hiking 🏔️
Books 📚
Pastries 🥐
Tea 🍵

Thanks for stopping by and learning a little about me 💛 Can’t wait to share more!

Trying something new! Never got to have fun nails due to being a massage therapist. Love this spooky design. I want the blood of my enemies 💅🏽 🩸 #nailtrends by @dragonboatbae

Kiddos keeping you young and on trend 🤣

Did you know the shirt Joel is wearing he designed!? His design qualified him for the National Fine Arts Competition program at their family church. In order to complete this dream he is asking for donations for travel costs. His sister is joining him, and any help will go a long way 💞

DM for donation information!
