My lovely Sunday afternoon workshop at @yarndale all working hard learning Tunisian Crochet. I think they enjoyed themselves 🤞and I hope they have been converted 🤣

If you are interested in having me come to your shop or craft group to teach Tunisian crochet (I also teach a few different standard crochet workshops), or you want to get a group of friends together and have a workshop at your house, get in touch! I love teaching crochet 🧶

So funny to come all the way to @yarndale and end up teaching a workshop at the same time as @aspringsnowflake - who lives a few miles away from me 🤣 Was nice to see you!! by @dragonhillstudio

Lovely to see a couple of familiar faces in my second workshop at @yarndale this afternoon 🙂 I taught foundation crochet stitches - it’s a really useful technique and we managed to get through quite a lot too 💗

Busy sorting out my stuff for @yarndale this weekend. Looking forward to teaching lots of workshops and hopefully having time to a quick zoom round the show too!

I designed these pin badges a few years ago - I still remember being very excited when they arrived! I have a few left so if you are coming to one of my workshops, you can buy one from me 🙂 Tunisian crochet pin badges are a bit niche 🤣 I’ve also got a few in pink & green.

There are still a few places available on my Foundation Crochet Stitches workshop at @yarndale next weekend! Come and learn this really useful technique and learn how to start your next project without having to make a chain!

Foundation crochet stitches give you a much stretchier start than making a chain and working back into it. For large pieces like a blanket, I find it a much easier and neater way to start.

If you are comfortable with the basics, making a chain and working double and treble crochet, the workshop is suitable for you!

The hot weather has got to me this weekend….get a massive 40% off everything!! Discount applied at checkout (no code needed) - offer ends Tuesday morning!

Have a great weekend - I’ll mostly be showing people how to crochet flowers and playing a few tunes 🎶 I’m also looking forward to seeing fellow yarn dyer @riverknitsuk playing the organ on Sunday with @willallenmusic

Funny how interests overlap as it’s Becci’s fault I got back into music and started playing melodeon after meeting her at Wonderwool Wales about 7 years ago 💗 So this weekend I get to do two things I love - teaching crochet and playing tunes 🙂 by @dragonhillstudio
