Wee ramble about strength and resistance training. We don’t have to use a barbell, in fact for many people it’s contraindicated. We don’t need to force feed any exercise, we just need to focus on human movement patterns. #strengthtraining #strengthtrainingforwomen #painfreeperformance #PPSC #rehab #prehab101 by @dragonwellness72

Growing things ( veg, fruit, herbs, flowers) and maybe other crops / animals will always be a part of Dragon Wellness. Why? Good food is integral to good health. You can’t get better food that picked off your own vine… like these tomatoes 🍅. I’ve been lucky to get a good crop of a variety of produce this year ( Toms, cucumber, chilis, rocket, cabbage, Pak Choi etc) just by f**king around and finding out. Next year will be even better 🤩 by @dragonwellness72

New delivery of DMSO and Chlorine Dioxide.

If these are words that mean nothing to you, may I suggest you read the following blogs that I wrote a few years ago.

These are natural health products that belong in everybody’s first aid kit and kitchen cupboard.

Quality matters and I import from Germany. Available for purchase and postage across mainland UK. Go to my shop or drop me a line here!
