That deep, nagging pain running from your lower back down your leg?

Sciatica can derail training, travel, sleep, and focus fast.

For high performers, the goal isn’t just to mask the pain and push through. It’s to calm the system, reduce irritation, and get you moving well again as quickly as possible.

This pressure point behind the knee is one simple tool I use to help reduce tension and settle irritated nerve pathways.

It’s not a fix for the underlying cause, but it may give your body enough relief to move, recover, and perform more comfortably.

Try it and let me know what you notice. by @draraoncall

Not all supplements deserve a permanent spot in your routine.

As a doctor, here’s how I approach a few popular ones — and why context matters more than hype.
Some of what I share might surprise you… or challenge what you’ve been told.

🎥 Watch the video to hear my take on three more supplements (search for Part 1 and Part 2 in my account).

If you’re an athlete, coach, or clinician trying to make smarter choices with supplements — I’ve got something for you.

I’m competing in the Super Age Games as a founding athlete.

Honestly, I’m doing it as a birthday present to myself. Last year, I did the backflip; this year, I need a different challenge.

It’s eight stations representing eight health metrics, covering everything from coordination, power to endurance and strength.
Some of the stations are things you can’t mimic anywhere else, like climbing over a cargo net. Others are trainable - obstacle course, and running 800metres with a weighted vest.

And yeah, it’s a competition against yourself. There are people as young as 19 and as old as 82 competing in the Games, so I was curious to see where I stack up.

In preparation, I’ve been working on overall fitness.
If you haven’t heard, in my
opinion, there 7 major features to athleticism - speed, strenght, power, endurance, agility, vision and will.

What connects them all together is the fuelling and nervous system. If you don’t fuel correctly, or your nervous system isn’t regulated, out of balance or fatigued, you won’t be able to incorporate all seven.

Ultimately, that’s what you see among all great athletes: they’re able to coordinate all seven seeamlessly in their performance. by @draraoncall

You won’t always feel ready. You won’t always feel motivated. Show up anyway.

Some of the biggest changes start with a small decision to do something you could’ve easily put off until tomorrow.

❌ MOST PEOPLE MISS THE LAST ONE ❌

When your eyes look at any great athlete… if you see a Federer, a Michael Jordan, an Alcaraz, if you see Tiger, Simone Biles, even if it’s a sumo wrestler. Your eyes go to them because you are picking up on these seven key elements!

Vitamin D isn't really a vitamin, it's a hormone.

@draraoncall breaks down how it influences gene expression, sleep, immune function, and even fat metabolism, which is why deficiency shows up in surprising places, including with professional golfers who spend hours in the sun every day.

Sunblock, indoor lifestyles, and skin tone all affect how much your body actually produces. But you can't have the full picture until you test, which is why a Fountain Life Membership is so important.

Watch the full breakdown via the link in our bio.

Regardless of where you are, how old you are, or what stage of life you’re in, longevity starts now.

Think of longevity as health. You don’t wait until you’re older to start taking action on your health. If you start now, you’ll get to a point later in life where you’re reaping the benefits.

It’s a bit like this: when’s the best time to plant a tree? A hundred years ago. When’s the next best time? Right now.

Along those same lines, when’s the best time to start thinking about longevity? Right now.

The reason I say 35 is a cutoff is that, biologically, many processes in the human body start slowing down after the age of 35, and certainly as you move into your 40s.

That has been true for many years, but I actually think it’s starting even earlier now, given the amount of toxicity, EMF exposure, stress, and pressure in life as a whole. I’m seeing signs of biological aging and certain processes beginning to slow down earlier.

So my suggestion to you is: start building your future right now.

Longevity starts right now.
