Five days of longevity talks in New York. The most savory moment came by bicycle.

Talks, podcasts, fireside chats, and so many beautiful conversations about what it means to live well. To everyone who welcomed me onto your stage, behind your mic, or into the chair across from you: thank you. You are doing important work, and I carry every one of those rooms home with me.

Tonight: airport hotel. No real meal all day. The kind of hungry where you start making eye contact with a protein bar.

So, Uber Eats. My bicycle rider arrived with the nicest smile and handed me my food so proudly. I must have had the look of hunger in my eyes.

What’s inside, because you always ask: marinated tofu, edamame, greenhouse spring mix, cucumber, radish, carrot, scallion, pickled ginger, avocado, and furikake over sushi rice. Plant protein, fiber, color, healthy fat. And yes, crispy shallots on top. Joy is data too.

This is how I eat on the go. Not perfect. Intentional. Most plants, real protein, and actually enjoy it!
