Two girls from London and Birmingham 🇬🇧 who decided the world was their oyster. 🌍✨ We first met in 2009 when I started Raw Skin Food, O welcomed me into The Twenty Ten Club - a London members club for female entrepreneurs … now 17 years in…

Yesterday, I spent the most beautiful day with my sister in this work, @octaviagoredema in Hollywood. Perfect picnic lunch 🥗, pure sunshine ☀️ , and the most cinematic backdrop 🪧. Warner Brothers pickup trucks, trailers rolling by, and yes… we absolutely tried to steal a glimpse of Seth Rogen (they were shooting The Studio @appletv). 🎬😂

But beyond the magic of the day, this woman right here. 👸🏾

When I knew I wanted to bring Wellness Film Festival @wellnessfilmfest to America, she was the first person I called. Because when you have an idea and you need someone who will tell you the truth, with kindness and compassion you need someone like Octavia.

And with Wellness Film Fest, it was an absolute yes.
She introduced me to The KINN. She encouraged me to reach out immediately. She gave me the push I needed to pivot into the States. 🇺🇸

And the last hundred days of prep, the late nights, meetings in several time zones, the leap of faith, and now standing under the Hollywood sign… none of it feels like coincidence. It feels like destiny. ✨

All of this, whilst married with children, managing teams, running brands. But this time? With support.

With found family. With frameworks. Without burnout. 🙏🏾

This Saturday, I get to welcome you to our author-to-author chat on stage. As a peer. As a big sister in this industry. As a treasured friend who always sees the greatness in others.

In this season, Octavia you will receive your flowers. 🌸
And I hope the Wellness Film Festival is just one of the new pages that sparks inspiration in your next chapter 📖.

Reflections 📖
Wow. I am still in awe of the love, energy, and support that surrounded the launch of Clarity. What began as a seed of an idea blossomed into a moment I will never forget, and it’s all thanks to YOU. To everyone who came, who cheered from afar, who bought a copy, shared a post, or sent kind words: thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The launch was more than a celebration of a book; it was a celebration of community, healing, and the power of story. Every smile, every hug, every message reminded me why I wrote Clarity in the first place: to spark conversations, ignite hope, and remind us all that transformation is possible.

This is just the beginning, and I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you. Here’s to more clarity, more courage, and more connection, together. ✨💛
