As husband and wife, and as healthcare professionals dedicated to serving our patients, we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference every day. Dr. Climov’s journey began in Eastern Europe, where an appreciation for natural beauty first shaped his artistic eye. He trained in three different countries, two of them European, and started microsurgery training very early in medical school which is rare. He then brought that expertise to Harvard. After refining his aesthetic surgery training in Houston alongside some of the industry’s most respected surgeons, he developed an approach that blends surgical precision with artistry.

AI can write your emails and plan your vacation. Taking over the operating room might take a little longer.

I use technology every day, including the devices we bring into our practice. Surgery still comes down to judgment and a surgeon’s hands. No algorithm can feel how tissue responds under your fingers, or change the plan halfway through because a patient’s anatomy doesn’t match the textbook.
