Always a party at @spartan Hvar 🎉

The race was absolutely nothing like i expected. I usually do well in obstacles, swimming and carries. But then only thing that worked today was my running. I felt like i was flying. Not @frank_oosterom_ocr flying, but at my own level. But every swim, every obstacle, every carry felt like i was made of room temperature butter.

I secured my 9th place again. Not too bad. I can always appriciate hitting a spear and doing a finish line sprint against my brother @thibault_ocr

A loooong off season is coming up. Maybe it will last a few years. We will see. My knees would appriciate a few years of rest now i think

Thank you everyone for a fun year! ❤️ I appreciate you! by @drescher_ocr

Strength test for the off season. Hoping to gain a little bit all around during the winter. Main focus is on cardio though. Gotta get fast 😎 by @drescher_ocr

A few highlights from a great season 🥰

I have decided to cut my autumn season short. Been traveling too much. Racing too much. My body and my head is tired.

Its been a year of very poor training and very mediocre performance. Illness, injuries and excess traveling has been hard on this little guy.

Now i rest. And by rest i mean get back to my training rutine. I got big things planned for next season. Very big things. Gotta get this old body ready for that!

Thank you to everyone thats been part of this year! See you in the next one ❤️ by @drescher_ocr

Theme of the day was slow rigs - fast running.

@eslovobstaclerace had a wonderful debut with a great race! 3 laps of 2.1k - total of 29 obstacles. Each lap had its obstacles marked with a color.
1 runner send off every 2 minutes because the course had 1 lane on every obstacle.

Loved it! The time trial was an incredibly fun concept that really makes every course into a competition course! by @drescher_ocr

This was all the 400m i had. Not my best distance, not my best performance and not my best feeling going into the race.

Gotta admit the younger horses are faster in these sprint distances

Now i get to enjoy two more days of vacation 😍

@hannes_vanhullebusch & @akselhallundbaek being real Bros with the videos 💪 by @drescher_ocr
