🥈at Toughest - Oslo

What a race! 8K of pure pain cave. Battling it out with @ninjatyra & @ahjokstad for 2nd until the very last meter of the skihill. It's dangerous to challenge the Norwegians on their home turf 😶

Hands down for @sarabackstrom_ who took today's 🥇- I still got a lot to learn about climbing hills 🫠

Aaaand of course finishing the day with a fun run🙌🏼

Belgium, 2023 - the first ever Federated OCR World Championships. Now we’re heading into the last one 🤷🏽

A lot has happened since 2023. The sport has changed, the structure has changed, and now in August we’re heading into the last ever World Obstacle Champs before UIPM takes over and we move into a whole new chapter in Beijing in September.

I’ll be at both, and I’m excited to show up with an open mind, and hopefully fast legs.

Back in 2023 I cracked the top ten in the 3K and had a good time doing it. Ireland will be a spicy one! Training has been going really well and I’m feeling fast. Ready to show that on race day 🤞🏽

Four years of change in this sport. Curious what you all think about this new direction 🌍

Pics from @torstrophy super weekend!

Beyond grateful for what these days has brought 🤗

Coming home with two Nordic championship titles and the overall female winner of the weekend🥈🥇🥇

Big thanks to all the lovely people making this weekend so special 🫶

Will try and bring this good feeling into 400 m @ocreurochamps this weekend. Honestly don’t feel recovered and race ready again, but I will give it my all tomorrow at the qualifiers. Wish me luck! 🤞
