🤔 Was it all just a fever dream?

🕹️ If you grew up in Britain in the 90s, there's a decent chance you visited one of the most futuristic places this country has ever built...

IT'S STREET FIGHTING TIME! 👊

Something a little different for ya this week. I'm a massive Street Fighter fan and I'm hype for the new movie! I also love a bit of grime so when the last trailer dropped I couldn't resist doing this little edit to D Double's Street Fighter Riddim! Enjoy!

Before the internet, we had Teletext!

News. Weather. Holidays. Games magazines. Quizzes. Pixel art. All hidden inside your telly and accessed with a magic button on the remote!

And somehow, Bamboozle and Digitiser made it feel like we’d discovered a secret corner of the future.

If you grew up with Teletext, what do you remember most?

Knightmare was like a videogame from the future. One we couldn't play yet. It immersed us in a heroic fantasy role-playing game before our computers were up to the task.

What TV show changed your brain chemistry like Knightmare changed mine?

Why did violent movies always have the BEST toys?! 😂

Terminator. RoboCop. Predator. Aliens. None of these were meant for us… and yet somehow they became a massive part of our childhoods.

What movie did you watch WAY too young? 👇

😱 Resident Evil and Silent Hill may never have existed without this man!

🎬 The strangest part? He's not even a game developer...

💡Originality is overrated!

🔎 I think I've stumbled across one of Kojima's most overlooked influences...

💿 In the 90s we used to buy websites on CD!

🤯 Every now and then I remember something from the 90s that sounds completely made up. This is one of those things.

😈 Most games you've ever loved have probably been lying to you.

😇 But I promise, it's for a good reason!

🥱 We all know the story of Halo changing first-person controls.

🔎 But I think another game quietly solved modern third-person controls first... and hardly anyone talks about it...
