So stop douching. This is a show about shame - one of the reasons we douche is because we’re ashamed of what may happen if we don’t. But your natural lining is critical for protection. Your partner should accept all the intimacy that comes with engaging.

Which category are you in? The good news is that if you fall into category 2 or 3, you can still bottom! And there are so many things you can do to enjoy bottoming. We had a sex therapist on a few months ago who said “if your sex life isn’t matching your expectations, your quality of life is likely low.” So you need to prioritize this if it’s something you want! by @drevangoldstein
