@drinkroot5 sent me their chicory & dandelion blend to try… and honestly, I think I’ve found my new favourite coffee alternative! ☕️

I’m a big coffee lover, but as I’ve been healing my hormones and being more mindful of my stress levels over the years, I try to watch how much caffeine I drink. Too much caffeine can leave me feeling a little too wired, which also affects my sleep. So finding something that tastes just as good as coffee, without the caffeine, is a must!

This cup of chicory & dandelion has some powerful health benefits too. Chicory is one of the highest sources of inulin, a prebiotic fibre, which helps to feed the good bacteria in your gut. Dandelion helps support liver health and has powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

And most importantly.. it actually tastes GOOD!
