I’ve been loving my @drinkroot5 blend and @commonrootscacao ... so thought, why not blend them together and make the most of all the amazing benefits? 🌿 Chicory root contains inulin, a prebiotic fibre, which helps feed the good bacteria in your gut
🌿 Dandelion root has long been used traditionally as a herbal digestive, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s believed to help eliminate dampness and heat from the liver, associated with Qi stagnation
🌿 Cacao is high in antioxidants and theobromine, helping provide steady, sustained energy. This drink feels so warming and indulgent… just like a mocha, but without the caffeine crash! Method: - Add 1 tsp of Root5 to a teapot or cafetière and leave for 3-5 mins - Melt the cacao buttons with 100ml of milk until warm, for extra creaminess, blend with a dash of coconut oil and maple syrup for sweetness - Pour the Root5 blend into a mug, and then pour in your cacao mixture. Dust with cacao 🍫
They’ve kindly given me discount codes for you to try it for yourselves: • TORY for 10% off at @drinkroot5

@drinkroot5 sent me their chicory & dandelion blend to try… and honestly, I think I’ve found my new favourite coffee alternative! ☕️ I’m a big coffee lover, but as I’ve been healing my hormones and being more mindful of my stress levels over the years, I try to watch how much caffeine I drink. Too much caffeine can leave me feeling a little too wired, which also affects my sleep. So finding something that tastes just as good as coffee, without the caffeine, is a must! This cup of chicory & dandelion has some powerful health benefits too. Chicory is one of the highest sources of inulin, a prebiotic fibre, which helps to feed the good bacteria in your gut. Dandelion helps support liver health and has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. And most importantly.. it actually tastes GOOD! If you’d like to give @drinkroot5 a try, use the code TORY10 for 10% off of your order ✨ • #coffeealternative #chicorycoffee #guthealth #wellnessdrinks #holisticwellness
