🦄🦄🦄 • After a year of deep work behind the scenes, I’m thrilled to announce my partnership with Creators Capital. We’re bridging the gap between four massive shifts: The Creator Economy, the AI boom, Mental Health and the Great Wealth Transfer.

Across Hollywood, tech, and finance, the paradox is getting harder to ignore.

We’re seeing elite talent and seasoned professionals losing their footing. We’re seeing proven business owners struggling to stay relevant and move the needle on sales. All while capital is hunting for real, de-risked opportunities (not more “maybe” startups) and AI is moving at a pace that has zero regard for the human cost.

The gap isn’t a lack of talent, money, or tech. It’s a lack of Relationship Intelligence (RI).

I meet talented people almost every day, but rare is the person whose presence hits you before their resume does. Their style, energy, care and aura say everything before you even get to the music. That was Kizzo.

One of my partners Jaxon had been telling me about him for a year and some change, calling him a young Quincy Jones, raving about his Grammy Album of the Year run with Jon Batiste, the whole damn pitch. Now usually I take that talk with a grain of salt. But from the moment we linked, Jaxon was proven 100% right. Kizzo made me fall in love with music all over again.

I walked out of that first sit-down and immediately started preaching the gospel 😂 I remember meeting was with @tunji over at Def Jam, and sure enough, he and a bunch of other executives I respect already knew the deal. I was the one late to the party 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

Anyway, since then, I’ve watched Kizzo build The Bridge alongside Tobe, and we just partnered to launch @futurethirst alongside other creators we respect by partnering with owners to grow companies investors want to buy… s/o to @drinktexastea. This is what bridging the gap really looks like. S/O to @createdaddy for introducing me to someone who brought that real joy back into the work. Innovation at its finest!!! LETS GOOO
