TOMATO VERMOUTH batch 003 🍅
Cherokee Purple Heirlooms, Early Girl Tomatoes, Young Tomato Leaves, Kombu, Purple Carrots, Red Beets

Tomato Vermouth marks the official start of tomato season for us, and batch 3 is our best yet. Ultra umami, it’s perfect in a tomato martini, any savory cocktail, or just on the rocks.

Get it before it’s gone, just like those fresh summer tomatoes.

Our pop-up @alteregococktailclub was a blast! The South Bay really showed up, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Everyone on the team was outta sight. So professional and welcoming. Let’s do it again sometime 🪐

From San Francisco to New York.

We’re bringing out the @trickdogbar team for one night only. Trick Dog— recently named one of the top 100 bars in North America — is taking over @oddball.nyc for a pre-launch preview of our collab Fig Leaf Vermouth.

Veso makes modern, experimental aperitifs out of San Francisco. Oddball is one of NYC’s most exciting bars, leaning into unexpected ingredients. Trick Dog is creating a full menu dedicated to Fig Leaf Vermouth for the night.

Join us for incredible cocktails and the chance to taste the new release before anyone else — ahead of its May launch.
