POSTS STORIES REELS

Wassup beautiful people!

2025 has been beautifully intense and I got some fresh new headshots from @tucsonheadshot (shoutout to the amazing Rachel Castillo) to help tell this next chapter of the story.

I’m Dr. Jamal Früster, owner + lead chiropractor at Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio in Tucson, AZ. A sanctuary for the exhausted provider:
Healthcare pros. Educators. First responders. Parents. Entrepreneurs. Athletes. The people who pour into everyone else and rarely receive the same.

I built Alma Sana to honor the nervous system, to help folks regulate, restore, and reclaim their energy, structurally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Over the last few years I’ve been diving deep into: Trauma + the brain, Nervous system adaptability (not just resilience), Nonviolent communication. The biology of stress + behavior, timeless natural healing philosophies.

This work comes alive in Providing for the Providers my signature event here in Tucson (next one’s June 7th) — and through my podcast Soul Coffee (@soulcoffeepodcast ), where I drop in with some of the dopest humans on the planet in service of the provider’s mind, body, and soul.

This work is sacred and personal.

I’m the son of two selfless providers who gave everything for our family. Now I get to serve the people who serve.

If you’re new here, welcome! If you’ve been here, I appreciate TF outta you.

If this post hits, drop a comment, share some love, and LET’S GO. We’re building something powerful out here in the desert.

In health + POWER,
Dr. J by @drjamalfruster

Majority of human beings experience one of these wounds that seriously impacts their life👇🏽

Betrayal
Rejection
Abandonment
Humiliation
Injustice

These “antidotes” are concepts that can be utilized to heal through these wounds in a powerful way and help reconceptualize that which happened.

I’m excited to love on my people deeper with my workshop, providing for the provider. Next one is going to be May 20th!! I’ve also started doing this workshop for businesses/companies for their teams. If interested, send an inquiry via my website in the link on my bio and or register for next round there 🙌🏽

Before y’all say this is some cult shit 😂 let me explain what you’re looking at.

As chiropractors, we put our hands on people every single day.

We give through our hands. We serve through our hands. We hold space, adjust, connect, pray, teach, and pour into people through our hands.

And when someone has spent YEARS doing that for other people, there is something incredibly powerful about turning it around and putting our hands on them.

This was Dr. Jamal’s last camp. So we close the loop.

Every person in that room put their hands on him and prayed over him. Prayed over his life, his family, what comes next.

Energetically, it was our opportunity to give back some of what he has poured out for years.

To say: you’ve carried us. You’ve given to us. You’ve put your hands on countless people and asked for nothing in return.

Now let us put ours on you. Let us cover you. Let us pray for you.

Let us send you into whatever is next full—not empty from everything you’ve given.

There is something really special about being able to physically surround someone and remind them that the community they spent years pouring into is now standing around them.

That’s what you’re watching.

We love you, Dr. Jamal. Thank you for everything you have poured into KTC and into every set of hands that will carry this work forward. #kairostrainingculture #chiropracticartistry #chiropractictraining #chiropracticcommunity #chiropracticculture by @drjamalfruster

Year 6 - Delt Warrior Retreat here we go🙌🏽

Spaces for men, curated by men I find to be more and more necessary

It’s where we can go to work, reflect upon, express and witness that which hasn’t. On the other side is a different version of those who start the process

Now that some of my best friends in the world and I have led over 300 attendees through the last 5 years of this retreat experience, life gets more and more clear

3 months of prep work; physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, and now more than ever Financial/Business

This leads into the weekend for maximal life shift throughout and beyond hitting ALL aspects of brother’s lives. Want to send in an application? Send me a DM! by @drjamalfruster

Curiosity can beg the question and bring the life change

Why WOULD you go to an event crafted for men, facilitated by men, leaning in together with other men?

Bring any and all questions. Open mind, open heart to change your life.

Into the fire Saturday morning! 🔥 by @drjamalfruster

Can you be present amongst the little things?

Is it always something BIG that you require or that you need to feel in integrity or alive?

The little things can get lost. That can get lost, AND they can stack.

Who are you and how do you respond then when life continues to stack?

When your boy says something wild? How you’re showing up in relationship?

These are type of convos we’re going to have Saturday at Into The Fire and we’re excited for it. Would love to see you there, link in bio! by @drjamalfruster

Tucson needs men who are willing to risk an uncomfortable conversation for the safety and well-being of someone else.

Last time, nearly 50 men showed up for Into the Fire and leaned all the way in. A beautiful group willing to be honest, challenge themselves, and grow together.

Now we’re back for Round 2: CALLING MEN IN.

We’re moving from who we need to be to how we can show up for others—especially when showing up gets difficult.

I know a lot of men who care deeply about breaking intergenerational cycles, creating safety and justice for women, and being more present partners, fathers, and friends.

And yet, a lot of those same men freeze when another man crosses a line.

What do I say?
What if he gets defensive?
What if it costs me the friendship?

That fear deserves an honest conversation. And we need to build the skills to act through it.

How do we challenge a friend toward greater integrity? Interrupt behavior that causes harm? Hold another man accountable with both courage and care—and stay open when he holds up that same mirror to us?

That’s what we’re coming together to practice.

Four hours of movement, honest conversation, practical skill-building, challenge, and brotherhood.

Our partners, children, friends, and neighbors are affected by what we do—and by what we let slide. This work matters far beyond the room.

Come practice with us. Bring a man you want to do this work alongside.

BETTER MEN. SAFER COMMUNITIES. by @drjamalfruster

I know a lot of men who are deeply committed to interrupting intergenerational cycles.

Men who want safety and justice for women.
Who are trying to share equally in the labor of their families.
Who are learning to heal, communicate, and be emotionally present.
Who genuinely want to show up differently than the men who came before them.

And yet, a lot of those same men freeze when another man in their life is being problematic.

They see it. They feel it. They know something isn’t right.

But saying something—especially to a friend, brother, coworker, teammate, or another man we respect—can be fucking scary.

And caring about safety and justice doesn’t automatically give us the skills to navigate that moment.

We have to build them.

We need to learn how to recognize what’s happening, trust ourselves enough to act, tolerate the discomfort of confronting another man, and know what to actually say when the moment comes.

And we need other men to practice that with.

Because if we want to create safety for the women and children in our lives, we can’t only know what we believe.

We have to become capable of acting on it when it costs us something.

That’s part of what we’re coming together to practice at Into the Fire: A Tucson Men’s Event.
