Tremendously grateful to have spoken on a panel at HR Innovators ‘HR Innovation to Drive Business Results Summit’ hosted by @cocacola at the HQ yesterday. We shared insights on building mental health literacy into organizational culture and how to not only mitigate risks for employees but for their lives in general.

I sat with the Chief People Officer of @mckinseyco and the CEO of The Fairpath Project to discuss the approaches organizations of all shapes and sizes should use to influence the C-Suite. @ripplinghq moderated our discussion to help differentiate between a mental health aware organization and a mental health literate one, and we learned a thing or two about how not to be a “Brilliant Jerk” 😉
