summer of giggles has commenced 🤩🫨🫪🤪🤭

also it’s so interesting doing (vegan) bodybuilding as a buddhist because you learn a lot about (non)attachment to the body. no matter how hard we try, our bodies are of the nature to change and fall apart. it’s interesting to try and relate to one’s physique at a given time the way one would relate to a delicate flower in bloom.

i’m going on a month long silent meditation retreat soon and will temporarily let go of all bodybuilding goals and observe the body changing as part of a natural process of arising and passing away. but in the meantime, i do enjoy the attention 😌
