Thank you to everyone who has attended our Rhyme and Reading sessions. We’ve had some lovely feedback from you all. May we continue to impact your children’s lives, helping them to learn through play and teaching you how to make learning fun.

Thank you to our very own Santa/Director @drmikekelly for gifting some wonderful gifts to the children and their parents.

Yesterday marked 22 years that my precious mother passed away. As I write this note.
I realise it started with my own soliloquy about remembering my mum and how I am feeling about the memories.

That self reflection soon became quite analytical. The depth of feelings emerging from those multiple thought dialogues created acute awareness - it was quite apparent that as much as I think about her most days, if not every day, the severe pain of loss has turned into beautiful memories of gratitude.

The fundamental and overwhelming thought nudges, were that the memories were pleasant and therefore the deliberate work required to leave a lasting impression (once she had gone) was done.

Mum had the ability to get it done.

Let’s take the time to think about our own lives and ponder what people will say about us when we’re gone. Whilst it may not appear to matter to you because you won’t be here - the truth of the matter is, you can adjust how you live on a day-to-day basis, to have significant impact on those you leave behind, allowing them to also have precious memories filled with gratitude about a life well lived.

@therealjonnyambrose talks opening about breaking generational cycles. He speakers about not having grown up with his biological father and what he will do differently.

We often see adults operate from hurt, usually hurting from past trauma and they then continue the same patterns with their children, not breaking the cycle of the hurt that was inflicted upon them. Let’s do things differently, let’s heal our past wounds so we can give love freely and raise the next generation of children that will heal this world.

Just 15minutes a day with your child impacts their lives. 1-2-1 interaction with each child creates such a wonderful bond and makes the child feel important and safe.

@ellecatomusic had never heard of the term farming. We were all quite inquisitive as to what that meant. Farming your children out to families in the 60/70’s was a common occurrence this was done so both parents could work.
