“Is there any chance I can avoid surgery?”
That was the question a 19-year-old patient asked Dr. Peter Csiki* after approximately three years of orthodontic treatment with a conventional fixed appliance, followed by a referral for orthognathic surgery**.

📘 Case report highlights: Damon Ultima™ System

Clinical examination revealed a mild-to-moderate skeletal Class III relationship with a negative overjet, a flat occlusal plane and reduced maxillary incisor display during smiling.

Treatment was guided by:

My younger self has some news to share!

It is a tremendous honour to have my first case report published in the Ormco Europe Newsletter, featuring a Class III treatment with the Damon Ultima System.
The report follows the case from diagnosis and treatment planning through to finishing, sharing the clinical decisions and details behind the final result.
