“Orthodontics is not simply about correcting malocclusions. It is about creating smiles that patients never believed were possible, and changing lives through the confidence those smiles create.” - Dr. Peter Csiki*

For this adult skeletal Class III patient, every biomechanical decision was made to improve facial esthetics, smile dynamics, and functional occlusion while avoiding orthognathic surgery**.

Dr. Peter Csiki’s* case reinforces several key clinical messages:
• Careful diagnosis remains the key to successful non-surgical Class III correction
• Torque prescription should be planned before treatment begins
• Occlusal plane management can become a powerful esthetic tool
• Smile refinement is a continuous process rather than a final treatment stage
• The precision, control, and efficiency of the Damon Ultima™ System enable clinicians to translate smile-driven treatment planning into predictable biomechanics, even in borderline surgical cases.

This clinical case demonstrates the use of the Damon Ultima System for a non-surgical correction of an adult skeletal Class III in a 19-year-old male patient.

“Is there any chance I can avoid surgery?”
That was the question a 19-year-old patient asked Dr. Peter Csiki* after approximately three years of orthodontic treatment with a conventional fixed appliance, followed by a referral for orthognathic surgery**.

📘 Case report highlights: Damon Ultima™ System

Clinical examination revealed a mild-to-moderate skeletal Class III relationship with a negative overjet, a flat occlusal plane and reduced maxillary incisor display during smiling.

Treatment was guided by:
✔️ individualized torque prescription
✔️ precise bracket positioning
✔️ controlled occlusal plane management
✔️ carefully designed force systems

The case also illustrates how the exceptional precision of the Damon Ultima System allowed the planned biomechanics to be expressed with a very high degree of predictability.

@drpetercsiki had a vision.

Building an in-office course that would be different. Where we would ensure people actually got back home not only with knowledge but also with the tools to actually implement change in their practice.

And I couldn’t say no to this. Because my entire career has been built on this.
I built training programs thay went beyond pure knowledge and ensured they were driving change.
I transformed digital orthodontic products to better fit into existing workflow.
And nowadays I run a program for women speakers that doesn’t only give them tools but also the mindset and identity to bring them to frution.

Knowledge isn’t power until you do something with it.

If you are a Damon provider aiming for exellence and willing to drive change in your practice, do not miss this opportunity.
Seats are scarce (seriously).
