This morning, we opened the doors to the LYMA Powerhouse in London, in partnership with @thefuturelaboratory.

57% of women work harder than they should to find health information they can trust. 56% can’t tell real science from science-sounding marketing. Only 18% see health as the highest-value use of their money.

A huge thank you to @drstephkuku and @drtam for joining @lucygoffy as we unveiled our landmark report into women’s health and introduced The P.O.W.E.R. Index, a new standard for female longevity.

“Health is the most important investment a woman will ever make, yet it’s the only one without a standard. The P.O.W.E.R. Index sets it. And it isn’t ours to keep: it belongs to the industry,” says LYMA founder @lucygoffy.

WELLBEING & LIVING WELL

Thank you @nataliesalmon of @themodems for the invitation to join this panel with @laurenmurdochsmith @eleanorhoath_ moderated by @emmybrunnerofficial to discuss what living well actually looks like, in a time when we have never had more information about our bodies, and more products promising to ‘optimize’ us and more conflicting advice on how to live. A great many women feel less certain than ever.

This session was about what living well means in 2026- the homes, routines, journeys and choices that actually support wellbeing without adding to our lists of things to do or buy.

Power doesn’t ask permission. It’s time we all stopped waiting for it.

This week, LYMA’s @lucygoffy and @femalequotient’s @shelleyzalis opened a new conversation - at @remedyplace in NYC, with some of the sharpest minds in women’s health in the room.

LYMA unveiled The P.O.W.E.R. Index - built with @thefuturelaboratory - the first real benchmark for measuring female longevity.

The panel: @drflorencecomite, @drstephkuku, and a room of physicians, longevity experts and journalists who see every day what the data confirms - women are ready to invest in their health. What’s missing isn’t the will. It’s the permission, and the proof.

The numbers say it plainly:

57% are working harder than they should just to find health information they can trust.

56% can’t separate real science from science-shaped marketing.

Only 18% see health as their highest-value spend.

That gap is exactly what the P.O.W.E.R. Index exists to close.

@helenachristensen and @CassandraGrey joined the room too - because this conversation belongs to everyone paying attention to what’s next in wellness.

“The P.O.W.E.R. Index is the first time this standard has been written down, and it belongs to the industry, not just to us.” - @lucygoffy

Missed it live? The full panel - unfiltered, unmissable - will be free to watch soon.

What a delight to be part of the @lymalife power circle hosted by @lucygoffy and @zariapinchbeck for the launch of the POWER Index in a report by the future lab.

The report outlines a new framework to support our investments in health and wellbeing, as women.

The panel included @drflorencecomite and was moderated by the fabulous, engaging, thoughtful and powerful @shelleyzalis @femalequotient

P- Proven: Is it backed by scientific evidence, objective and measurable
0- Outcomes: Does it improve meaningfull outcomes?
W- Whole- System: Does it understand the interconnected biology of women’s health?
E- Empowering : Does it improve understanding, confidence and agency over one’s health?
R- ROI: Return on investment: Does it provide meaningful benefit over long-term outcomes or just promises of short term optimization? taken in Remedy Place Flatiron by @113spring

Longevity isn’t built through extremes or quick fixes. It’s shaped by the small things you do consistently over time. As we head into March, this is a good moment to refocus on what actually supports long term health.

What’s one habit you want to be more consistent with this month? by @113spring

This decade isn’t about decline.
It’s about how the body responds to cumulative stress, lifestyle, and hormonal change.

Here’s what the research shows:
1️⃣ Stress has a greater impact on hormonal balance and energy.
2️⃣ Muscle and metabolic health need more intentional support.
3️⃣ Sleep quality becomes a key driver of mood and resilience.
4️⃣ Nutrient demands shift as physiology adapts.
5️⃣ Preventative health choices now shape long-term outcomes.

Which of these shifts did you not hear about in your 20s?

Creativity is often treated as a mindset or personality trait, but neuroscience tells a different story. Creative thinking depends on how regulated the nervous system is.

When stress is chronic, threat circuitry dominates and cognitive flexibility narrows.
When regulation is restored, the brain becomes more integrative and adaptable.

This is why pressure rarely produces better ideas, and why recovery matters for creative performance.

Which part of this resonates most with your experience? Save this for later and share your thoughts in the comments by @113spring
