Day 15/31. I’m good at finding the next thing to try. Accepting that my body needs time is harder.

Still hopeful. Still attached to the original plan. Trying to make room for another possibility.

Follow along to see how this unfolds 🏃‍♀️

Most weekends start louder. ATTUNE starts by turning your mind OFF.
Join us at @113spring for a Saturday pregame:

🍫Sip + taste: FUNCHO functional dark chocolate and a chilled glass of @threespiritdrinks SHARP, a sparkling non-alcoholic alternative to white wine.

Some of the faces behind Wisdom from the Forest, the Mountains & the Sea 🌿

To open Climate Week, we gathered at @113spring alongside @UNDP and @indigenous.futurisms @forestguardiansinvest for a day amplifying Indigenous voices through artisanship, film, storytelling, conversation, and ceremony.

Friends and communities from near and far came together to exchange perspectives and connect through Indigenous traditions, including a special ceremony led by @manariushigua, spiritual leader, traditional healer, and forest defender of the Sápara Nation in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

From their conscious production practices to their deep relationships with the land and the connecting power of ceremony, Indigenous communities have so much to teach us.

Their wisdom is essential to our collective future, and their leadership is key to shaping climate action 🤍🌎

We are grateful to everyone who joined us, shared their knowledge, and helped make this gathering so special 💫

My suggestion for the focus of the month / season: Expect less.

From others sure; but also, from yourself. Come settle in with @modernholistic and me at @113spring for some restorative yoga + Thai Massage on October 29th.

Oceana is my favorite teacher at @kulayogaproject - amongst many other places in NYC. Really excited for this evening, and to help us ease into the shift of seasons.

Finally getting around to posting photos from VANITY, an intimate salon we hosted with an incredible group of women at @113spring , a beautiful longevity space in the heart of Soho 💫

We started with a panel featuring Manhattan based Couples and Sex Therapist Eszter Tolgyesi MFT-LP @therapistwithanaccent and Alexandra Zanela, Miss Universe National Semifinalist and K-Beauty Founder @alexandra.j.zanela, moderated by collectiV’s Founder and CD Vani.

Peptides, GLP-1s, filters, dating apps and relationships, AI models in the beauty industry. Our conversation spanned all of it, and kept coming back to one question: where does healthy self investment end and something more corrosive begin? Where’s the line between taking care of yourself and taking it too far?

It was so freeing to be that open with a room full of women. It felt like we were all hanging out in someone’s living room.

VANITY will be continuing as a wellness series. We can’t wait to bring more women together for conversations like this, and to highlight the wellness and beauty brands who want to be part of them 🤍

A huge shoutout to @113spring for having us!!

Thank you to Dawn at @113spring! And thank you to the guidance of @silverrootapothecary for this eye opening experience. The questions asked of me during my consultation were so deeply investigative and I left with total confidence that these herbs were not only beneficial for me but truly customized for my body and constitution. TCM helped me discover I had a blood quality and quantity issue. Western medicine helped me pin down it was extremely low ferritin. I’m so grateful for the combination of both of these worlds and what is has done for me and my practice @thethingswedo.co. I could go on forever about it. Maybe that’s the concentration of posts this week if you’re all down for the ride?

DEAR BODY | First Edition | 09.30.26

An evening to remember.

Our first “Dear Body” panel and FLŌRA’s launch at @113Spring, moderated by FLŌRA founder @rubenaaustin

We brought together Kirk Myers (@kirkmyersfitness), Founder of @DOGPOUND and Jenny Liu (@angel_liu612), fmr. CEO of DOGPOUND and GP at @CrushItVentures, for a conversation on the evolution of fitness, the role of community in building DOGPOUND, and Jenny’s path into investing in brands like @TheNinetyOfficial.

An evening at the intersection of fitness, longevity, and the business of wellness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. More to come.

Took a little date with myself in the middle of the day ☁️
If you’re over 40, you know how rare it is to actually slow down. Sometimes you have to put it on the calendar.

I was invited by @virya.io to try their new collab with @113spring in Soho: MindSTILLness & The Recalibration Room.

First, I did my Dive, the MindSTILLness meditation practice I learned from them and now do every day. It helps my mind settle, and this time they actually measured how deep I went. 🤯

Then my first time in the Ammortal Chamber: red and near-infrared light, PEMF, vibroacoustics, breathwork and molecular hydrogen, all at once, in zero gravity.

I came out feeling like I’d been in another dimension, then finished with their signature flower tea. 🌸

10 stars. Comment MINDSTILLNESS and @virya will send you a private invite to try it. ✨
