I’ve never really liked the word “boss” because bosses lead by force, but leaders lead by example. ❤️

Every day, I’m striving to become a better version of myself, not just for my own growth, but to inspire and empower the people around me to grow as well. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about showing up, learning, evolving, and being willing to be held accountable.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who challenge me, support me, and hold me accountable to the leader I aspire to be. ✨

There’s a person underneath the white coat. 😊 Dentistry is a huge part of who I am, but it isn’t all of me. Getting to know each other is part of what makes the relationships we build at Savvy so special. Now it’s your turn—what’s something that makes YOU happy? 💚 And if you’re looking for your new dental home, appointments are available through the link in our bio. #MeetYourDentist #CypressDentist #houstondentists #SavvySmileStudio#houstonsmallbusinessowners by @drtamdds

My vision for what’s next is so clear that sometimes it scares me.

I haven’t felt this level of clarity since I was 14 years old and decided I was going to become a dentist. Back then, I didn’t know exactly how I would get there, but I knew where I was going.

And somehow, all these years later, I find myself in that same place again. The vision is bigger, the responsibility is greater, and the path isn’t always certain—but the conviction feels just as strong.

I’m learning to trust what I see, even when it stretches me beyond what feels comfortable. ✨ Like and follow @savvysmilestudio

Every smile tells a story—and sometimes the obvious problem isn’t the real problem. I love taking a closer look at the why behind what we’re seeing before deciding how to treat it. The goal isn’t just to fix a tooth; it’s to understand the whole picture. Ready for a more comprehensive look at your smile? Book your visit at Savvy through the link in our bio. 📍Houston/Cypress, TX #HoustonDentist #CypressDentist #ComprehensiveDentistry #SmileTransformation #SavvySmileStudio by @drtamdds

Four associate positions in five years taught me a lot about the kind of practice I wanted to create. Savvy was built from those experiences—the things I loved, the things I knew could be better, and the kind of care I wanted patients to experience. Welcome to the practice I finally get to call home. 💚 If you’re looking for a new dental home, we’d love to welcome you. Schedule through the link in our bio. 📍Houston/Cypress #savvysmilestudio #houstondentist #cypressdentist #womenindentistry #dentalpracticeowner taken in Houston, Texas by @drtamdds

When two dentists put their heads together, magic happens. 😉

Dr. Tam and I are working on a life-changing case for an amazing young lady, and let's just say... this transformation deserves a drumroll. 🥁✨

We're deep in the planning phase right now, and we can't wait to show you what's coming.

Trust the process. The reveal will be worth it. 💋
