⚽❤️ We are 💯 Soccer Family.

Fun fact… our love story started because of soccer.

Back in the 2010 World Cup, Greenie (@drtigrett ) joined my World Cup pool. Little did he know he was signing up with someone who loves the beautiful game… and little did I know I had met someone who shared that same passion.

Fast forward to today, and here we are, creating new World Cup memories with our kids and continuing a tradition that means so much to our family.

What I love most about the World Cup is that, for a few weeks, the world comes together. Different countries. Different cultures. Different jerseys. One shared passion.

Yes, we all have many favorite teams (our jersey bin keeps growing every four years 😄), but the game reminds us that competition and connection can exist at the same time.

This year I finally added an Argentina jersey. 🇦🇷 Not only in honor of one of the greatest players to ever play the game, @leomessi , but because our children have learned so much from his journey.

His story isn’t only about lifting trophies. It’s about perseverance, humility, resilience, and getting back up after setbacks. That’s what true champions do.

Here’s to another World Cup full of unforgettable moments, friendships, family traditions, and the beautiful game that started our story. ⚽❤️

One of our core values is mindfulness, because true presence, compassion, and connection start within.

Today’s Team Building Day was extra special for us (Dr. Tigrett and Wendy) to opened the door to what help keep us grounded, regulated, and aligned. For us, self-care is not a luxury… it is sacred.⭐️

Here are 5 reasons why we intentionally invest in ourselves, our team, and our values:

✨ 1. A 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 creates a healthier environment for everyone.

✨ 2. 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 helps us lead and serve with greater compassion and clarity.

It is truly an honor to become part of the International Academy of Endodontics.

Grateful to @dr.jordanlamberton and the Wine Country Interdisciplinary Dental Study Club for the opportunity to speak today on conservative endodontics and the importance of preserving natural dentition.

There is nothing more rewarding than guiding a patient from dental trauma to regeneration — where biology is respected, structure is preserved, and the tooth is given the opportunity to heal.

Still in vacay mode por aquí ☀️ porque en mi libro… el verano nunca termina!
Adventure awaits, and this crew is always ready to explore 🧭💫

Tiempo con los primos = priceless.
Rock climbing, Treewalk Village (note to self: closed-toe shoes para mi princess 👸🏻, oops Francesca, 🫣), climbing ropes, spiderwebs, balance beams, feeding goats, and sliding into pure joy.

The grand finale? An interactive wildlife show!
Los tres mosqueteros se ofrecieron de voluntarios y aunque no los escogieron… ¡me muero por saber qué hubieran hecho con la culebra gigante! 🐍😅

Next time? Zip lining + wildlife encounters—just waiting on my munchkins to hit the height & age mark 👧🏻👦🏼
