At Modern Endo of Napa, we believe that caring for others begins with caring for ourselves. ✨

One of our core values is mindfulness, because true presence, compassion, and connection start within.

Today’s Team Building Day was extra special for us (Dr. Tigrett and Wendy) to opened the door to what help keep us grounded, regulated, and aligned. For us, self-care is not a luxury… it is sacred.⭐️

Here are 5 reasons why we intentionally invest in ourselves, our team, and our values:

✨ 1. A 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 creates a healthier environment for everyone.

✨ 2. 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 helps us lead and serve with greater compassion and clarity.

✨ 3. 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 begins when we slow down enough to truly listen to ourselves.

✨ 4. 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 happens when we feel emotionally safe, supported, and seen.

✨ 5. Just like Endodontics, true healing begins at the 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩.

Today was not about productivity.
It was about 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

Our team showed up not for us but for themselves.

🤍 To breathe.
🩵 To disconnect from the noise.
💙 To reconnect with who they are beneath the stress of everyday life.

Because when people feel aligned within themselves, they show up differently for their patients, their families, and each other. 🤍🩵💙

This is the culture we are committed to building.

One 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧 in 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩, 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝, and human 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.💫

This week marked 2 years since the first @universaltempleoflight retreat opened doors in Joshua Tree. Since then, countless ceremonies, retreats, beautiful souls - Queens and Kings, and an amplification of Christ love has been the source of my devotion, setting sacred containers all over but always with the intention of guiding souls home, to their temple within. Thank you UTOL fam (had to throw in some pics 😇) for your trust, faith, & surrender. ❤️‍🔥𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐋 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲!!! 🙏🏼

It is truly an honor to become part of the International Academy of Endodontics.

A global community of clinicians, educators, and researchers committed to advancing the quality of endodontic care. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with such respected colleagues in our field.

Thankful for the mentors, friendships, and shared passion that continue to move our profession forward.

Best part was receiving the congratulations message from my family. Check out the last post. ➡️

Grateful to @dr.jordanlamberton and the Wine Country Interdisciplinary Dental Study Club for the opportunity to speak today on conservative endodontics and the importance of preserving natural dentition.

There is nothing more rewarding than guiding a patient from dental trauma to regeneration — where biology is respected, structure is preserved, and the tooth is given the opportunity to heal.

Honored to share, learn, and collaborate with colleagues who are committed to thoughtful, evidence-based care.

My heart & devotion for @universaltempleoflight , the countless ceremonies/retreats held since its commence in April 2024 (𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥), & the many beautiful souls I get to reunite with & serve their light, is something worth sharing. While I don’t post much on 𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐋, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐦 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐋𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐢𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭, I’ve felt the gentle nudge recently to share a little more, as this work is imperative at this time. ⁣
⁣
🤍 While upcoming ceremonies in the next 3 months are full or private, we will be forming a virtual call for prayer/peace much needed at this time. For anyone interested to be in the know of that, or for future events, feel free to send me a DM. ⁣⁣

Gratitude Gathering with our team 🤍 🩵

Today reminded me why I love what we do.
It’s the people. It’s you.

Thank you for showing up with heart.
Thank you for the love, intention, and excellence you pour into every patient experience.

Thank you for caring enough to grow, to learn, and to be the best version of yourself—individually and together.

These moments of connection matter.
They remind me that behind every #rootcanal we create, there’s a team fueled by purpose, integrity, and genuine care.

Grateful for each of you.
Here’s to continuing to build something meaningful, juntos. 🤍✨🩵

Just a dad moment on the road: there’s Dr. Tigrett belting out ‘Let It Go’ like he’s the next Disney star, all because his little girl’s giggles in the backseat are just too adorable to resist. Sometimes the best performances happen right behind the wheel!

Having major withdrawals from our recent @tdosoftware conference! 💜

Three days together… and somehow we managed to fit in deep conversations, big breakthroughs, belly-laugh moments, and of course — karaoke that deserves its own highlight reel. 🎤✨

What I love most about our TDO family is this:
we learn together, we grow together, and we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. No comparison. No competition. Just connection, humility, and heart.

These karaoke clips?🎤
They’re more than fun moments — they’re a reminder that behind every root canal, every tough case, every long day… there’s a story, a human, and a community holding you up.

Here’s to the joy, the music, the friendships, and the purpose that keeps us all coming back year after year.
Already counting down to the next one. 💫

Big thanks to the @tdosoftware team for putting another great conference together (special thanks to @aaj06c @jaredardine @luizmotta_work )

Here’s to the one and only Luiz 6/7 — the legend who reminded us that laughter is the best bonding tool there is. 🤣💙

When you’re a TDOer, you just get it — we learn together, laugh together, and grow stronger together.

There’s no competition here — only connection, support, and a shared love for what we do.

Because when the energy is right, we don’t just shine individually…
✨ We light each other up.

Grateful for the people and the purpose that keep this journey meaningful. 🙏
Every year, the TDO Conference reminds me that excellence isn’t achieved alone — it’s built through shared passion, collaboration, and the willingness to grow together.

The real magic happens when we show up — for our craft, our patients, and for one another. Through challenge and change, we rise higher as a community.

Here’s to the friendships, the laughter, the late-night karaoke, and the unwavering pursuit of better. Together, we don’t just practice endodontics — we redefine what it means to excel through adversity. 💙

Gratitude Beyond the Practice

One of the greatest sources of support throughout my journey—from residency to building and leading my own endodontic practice—has been the incredible community I’ve surrounded myself with.

@tdosoftware has been more than just a software partner; it has been a connection to a network of like-minded professionals who lead with purpose, strive for excellence, and genuinely care about their craft. Each interaction and every shared insight within this community has shaped how I practice and how I lead.
