In between practice laps, seeding and race runs at @downhillmidwest the team ran laps on @spiritmtduluth newest jump line Rock Candy. Dirt was pretty soft and running a bit slow but once this packs in it is going to be an absolute gem. Tree gap, on-off, shark fins, whoop section, canon jumps, gaps and some hi-speed tech in there too, its damn near got it all. #developmentalshreducation #drtpdlrs #fullsendsworldwide

#loppetcycleworks gravity team working on precision with active/passive pressure control to improve flow on jumplines and technical terrain.

Jumping isn’t about ‘just sending it’ its about knowing what to do, when to do it and how much. Without that you’re just out there guessing.

After months of consolidating the fundamentals to muscle memory we now move into a more complex phase of jumping (ie: weighting and unweighting our bike / pressure control) with precision. This precision is not only beneficial on jumplines but also key in building confidence and speed through technical terrain (rocks, roots, etc.). When you are able to precisely apply active and passive pressure control you are able to ‘buff’ out choppy sections of terrain by gliding over it (passive) while building speed by pumping the backside (active). Luckily we have the proper assets @loppetfoundation to refine this skill in a controlled, progression-based setting to develop know-how and build confidence before we take it to the trail. #developmentalshreducation #drtpdlrs #minnesotashredders taken in The Trailhead by @drtpdlrs

11y/o young ripper Finley ( @cleanest_yt123 ) exploring all the fun to be had at @spiritmtduluth dialing in his skills.

Our primary goal was to get him attacking his line choice with deliberate and forceful front wheel placement combating the tendency to let the bike fall away. We progressed him throughout the day on various rolldown lengths and terrain which developed his timing and coordination that he eventually applied to a few drops. Gotta love the progress of a hungry and engaged rider. #morekidsonbbikes

Wild!!! its already been almost a week since @duluthtrailsfest !!!

Always a highlight of the year. @miles_neumann took 🥇in the Intermediate Enduro 16U , @owenflorey captured the 2026 whip-off title and we had a bunch of riders level up to race with the big dogs in the Adv DH on Sunday. Lots of skill progression with 4 straight days of riding but most of all it was a great time had by all. devo team been working on finding flow through tech.

Things don’t always go right the first go.

Most riders don’t consider the mental aspect of riding that dictates a majority of successful outcomes. It’s something that needs to be trained relentlessly bc when things go wrong its all you’ve got when it’s time for redemption.

@jones.mtbs shows rock solid resolve in not quite making it on his first go, being able to diagnosis what went wrong and how to fix it and then absolutely greasing it on his second go.

As a coach this is the most important skill I can develop in a rider. The confidence of knowing the how’s and why’s in the face of adversity and being able to determine a corrective solution.
