Summer 2026 was one for the books! ☀️
We took things a little slower.
Stayed at home. Kept things simple.
Found adventure in the everyday. Joy in the mundane.
And viewing life through the eyes of a child-everything filled with wonder, imagination, and excitement.

It was refreshing. Soul-filling. A sweet and special season.

Thank you Lord for summer 2026.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Praise him all creatures here below.
Praise him above ye heavenly hosts.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Amen by @druallison

2nd Farm Highlights

-First home as a married couple 🤍
-Mama had kittens! (We didn’t know she was pregnant) 💛
-Cali on the farm 🐾
-Said goodbye to sweet Cali-she loved walking down the road and letting her ears blow in the wind
-Junior starts his own business 🛠️
-Gardens! And lots of veggies🌶️🥒
-Rainbows at least once a year at the start of summer 🌈
-Survived a global pandemic 😷
-Dru earns Masters Degree 🎓
-Brought Gunther home
-Lots of deer sightings, balled eagle sightings, groundhog kills, and Fox kills 🦊🦅
-Brought Nelly home
-Found out we were going to be parents on Grandma Kepner’s birthday 🎈
-Nelly gets pregnant-and we have the same due date 🤦‍♀️
-Designed and painted a super sweet western nursery (with the help of friends and Junior hanging everything)
-Nelly has her puppies
-Rowdy is born and comes home one week later💙
-Rowdy’s first crawl, pulls up to standing, first steps, first words, first solid food, first birthday
-Numerous walks down the road (and drives on the zero turn) ☀️
-Petting and feeding the cows 🐄

Almost 8 years at the farmhouse. Those walls hold so many memories from the beginning of our marriage. Many laughs, many tears, so much dreaming! We were so blessed by that house and I will remember our time there fondly. Goodbye second farm. We love you. by @druallison
