DRY WEDDING release third album “The Back Of Beyond” via VESPERIAN

Vesperian presents “The Back Of Beyond”, the third album from Portland based DRY WEDDING, available now worldwide on all digital platforms and in physical formats. Across seven tracks, the album brings together the post punk tension, gothic country textures, noise rock weight, black metal and doom that have shaped the band’s sound, balancing restraint and atmosphere with raw physicality.

“Now that ‘The Back Of Beyond’ is finally being released, we feel a great sense of excitement for the next stage of the band. This album represents an evolution in our songwriting and the clearest articulation of our blended influences to date. Songs like ‘Shifting Wilderness’ have cleared a creative path that will continue to lead us toward our heavier impulses.”

About to crack open three awesome albums from @vesperian.world (Forsmán, Polymoon, and Dry Wedding). All awesome, but they're gonna sound way better on the big speakers with the CD player. Soundtracks to a rainy day full of podcast editing, cleaning, and probably eating some snacks. by @drywedding

La banda estadounidense de Portland, Oregón Dry Wedding, nos hipnotiza en “The Back Of Beyond” y su goth country post-punk, mesurado al estallar, que se intensifica cuando explora sus pasajes más intensos.

Let's kick off the week with a fantastic recommendation: The Back of Beyond by Dry Wedding, from Portland, Oregon. It's their third studio album and was released less than a month ago via Vesperian GmbH. Dry Wedding has solidified a unique and dark sound on this album, one that sits at the intersection of several niche genres, such as gothic country, post-punk, noise rock, and even hints of black and doom metal. It's a fabulous album you should check out ASAP! 🖤🔥
To combat the 38ºC in the shadow, I also have a refreshing NEIPA from La Débauche. Mondays like this are perfect. Have a great week, my dears! 😋🍻❤️

My review of the new @drywedding is up on @toiletovhell!

"A beautifully painted cover captures the reflective American isolation Dry Wedding express on 'The Back of Beyond.' They’ve made a heavy post-punk Western that is a perfect counterpart to the Morriconian black metal of their @vesperian.world labelmates in Wayfarer. The band’s diverse influences coherently synthesize on an album entirely unique to them. Equally atmospheric, personal, hard-rocking and exploratory, their metallic gothic blues is distinguished and unforgettable."
