Ok now that the dust has settled time for the competition recap and #photodump from @npc_northeast Eastern USA Championships..
First things first this was my first real show as a Light Heavy Weight. The class was big and stacked. Your boy took home 2nd place to @eric_alper_firstcalloutfitness and it wasn't easy, it was a battle the whole way. We will be doing this again brother, but first let's train and eat.
I could not have acquired the size and condition that I brought to the stage without the 2 best coaches in the game @christuttle.rd and @nick_bagley_ @long_haul_fitness
Those 2 are irreplaceable. I can't imagine getting on a national stage with these two in my corner.
It was great sharing the stage with my teammate @joeylip41! We had a blast going at it next to each other.
I'm thankful for my good friend @the_real_ptpalmer_npc and his wife Mihaela for taking time out of their busy family life to come hang out with my mom all show then feast with us after the show.
@dereklunsford_ is THE quintessential Mr. O. He took time out of his schedule to come spend time and engage with all of us. He was straight class and an amazing guy. @guycisternino is the dude and his words meant the world to me.
Getting to speak with @sadikhadzovic was incredible. Our conversation was very meaningful to me and will stay with me forever.
It's always great running into my guy Diesel @juandieselmorel. I crushed a cookie for you when I got back to my hotel brother! Always a pleasure catching up.
Last but not least not only is she THE best in the business but she's also an amazing person and a fierce friend @n.i.k_roy. My stage color was perfect because of her. It was great having her in my corner, as well as being so attentive and professional.
Anyone I forgot my sorry!! I'll be posting more as I get them. Time to get back to work. by @dsflex32

#throwbackthursday 2021 #NPC Vermont. That was a great day but now I've turned the page tonthe next chapter. I have my eyes set on my goal and I will achieve it.

I think this is a GREAT episode for first time competitors. Really digging deep on mental toughness and having that “no quit” mentality.

This goes for non competitors as well. Planning things out, giving yourself goals- something to push for, you give yourself the mentality to see things through.

Hey guys, its long post time.
So this past weekend I competed at the 2026 @ifbbnpc_heartoftexas winning the Masters 40+ category and the Open Light Heavy Weight category. This show was run incredibly well. The venue was beautiful, the lighting and stage were beautiful as well as all the vendors set up and music quality. @princeoptimum should be incredibly proud for the show Quality. @battleupmedia did an amazing job on the media and photos for this show as well. The quality they put out is top tier all day.

This show to me personally was a massive "comeback" show for me after my neck injury. That injury didnt just set me back physically but mentally as well. After all the physical therapy, medical procedures, dry needling, chiropractic care and continuous reps after reps after reps in the gym we finally made it back...and not just back...BETTER.

I never would have got back on stage if it wasnt for the best coach in the industry @christuttle.rd. He has this incredible ability to instill belief in his athletes and i just kept listening to his words and kept moving forward 1 foot at a time, reps after rep. I cant thank him enough for his wisdom, guidance and friendship for these almost 9 years he and I have been doing this together. So thank you Chris.

Another person who was with me most of the time was @nick_bagley_ . He was overseeing my workouts and the countless reps. His knowledge towards my training was incredible. Ive learned so much from his training and guidance and friendship....he is an absolutely phenomenal coach who is coaching some absolute Rockstars right now that are going to be taking nationals by storm.

Theres a small group of amazing people ive met since being here and the love and support they've shown me has been indescribable...apparently I cant tag them for some reason...so I will have to add them another way. Ugh i know ill miss someone but its not letting me tag everyone IM SORRY.

My families of GASP, BETTER BODIES, MRDR POUCHES, APOLLON NUTRITION, FLAVOR GANG, AMINOTECH being by my side the entire way THANK YOU.

I LOVE YOU GUYS. We arent done by a long shot. We will see you at MASTERS NATIONALS. by @dsflex32

Crazy busy weekend but a good one! I attended one of three client shows I had yesterday near my house at the NPC Heart of Texas where three of my athletes competed. Two others competed as well, one in South Carolina and one in Ohio. Those five guys crushed it and brought home two overalls and five class wins! Now off to Olympia with REN and Jordan
