PROJECT “WHY”
DAY 274/365

Thanks so much @dsflex32 for your time

I think this is a GREAT episode for first time competitors. Really digging deep on mental toughness and having that “no quit” mentality.

This goes for non competitors as well. Planning things out, giving yourself goals- something to push for, you give yourself the mentality to see things through.

Plan it out, stick to the plan, and enjoy your stack of pancakes at the end of the week!

OLYMPIA ⭕️ 2026

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. At last year’s Olympia, we were just two bodybuilders with a dream, handing out bars to anyone willing to try them. This year, we had people lined up at our booth to buy them.

We’ve always said we want to build more than just a company. It’s a community. Getting to meet each and every one of you, having you hang out at our booth, share your stories and get to know us… it means more to us than you can imagine.

Thank you to everyone who came out!

🏆 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: DEVIN SULLIVAN 🏆

Congratulations to Devin Sullivan on taking 1st Place in his division at the 2026 NPC Heart of Texas! 🔥

It was a pleasure being part of Devin’s show weekend and handling his 3-application competition tan process, building his color layer by layer and finishing him with his final top coat for the stage.

Every athlete has a different look under stage lighting, so I focus on creating depth, evenness, and a color that complements their physique and presentation.

Congratulations, Devin! 1st place in both division!👏

Crazy busy weekend but a good one! I attended one of three client shows I had yesterday near my house at the NPC Heart of Texas where three of my athletes competed. Two others competed as well, one in South Carolina and one in Ohio. Those five guys crushed it and brought home two overalls and five class wins! Now off to Olympia with REN and Jordan

- Matt Forsyth: 1st open classic B at NPC UPSTATE SUPER SHOW

- Nick Audet: 1st open classic C and overall NPC HEART OF TEXAS

- Sou Ma 1st masters 35 Classic & BB, 2nd place MW BB, 3rd place open classic NPC HEART OF TEXAS

- Devin Sullivan 1st Masters 40 and 1st open LHW NPC HEART OF TEXAS

- Matt Bulgrin: 1st heavy weight open and overall NPC OHIO STATE

“When the pump speaks for itself” - quote by Marina

No, I’m not a bodybuilder, I’m just 170lbs, most of the time I do NOT use pump products (if I do it’s probably Bloody Hell). My training partner is Masha and we train mostly machines 40-45 minutes 5 days a week.

I’ve been training for the past 7-8 weeks more or less consistently (took few months break due to some health issues).

Photos taken after @ethanpoefit suggested I take some Bloodsport (I mixed it with Apollon Gym Classic)

Smartass jokes keep to yourself and no, I’m (proudly) not natural
