This strength you see is not us, it is the Holy Spirit.
I don’t have many words, but I have a God who sees all, knows all, and is sooooo mindful of His daughter and His son, even in the midst of this. 🤍
So I rest in that.
Even on the days when I have no words but many tears, I know He sees me. He knows my heart. He knows my pain AND He is still God.
So thank you to every single one of you who has reached out, prayed, checked on me and my family, and gone the extra mile to love on us with no questions asked. Every prayer, message, meal, phone call, and act of kindness has meant more than I could ever put into words.
As we continue through the days ahead, if you see my husband, our children or me, please be prayerful, be sensitive, and simply love on us. Some days we may have words, and some days we may not. Some days there may be tears, and other days we may smile. Thank God for grace to grieve however it comes.
Continue to cover our family in prayer as we take this one day at a time.

I have no words. So many emotions…

This past day has somehow been one of the greatest days and one of the hardest days of my life, all at the same time.

Our baby boy got to spend the day with his mom and dad. 🥹💙 What a miracle we witnessed. We’ll have to share more about it later. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

All I can say right now is… my boy held on until both of his sisters got to see him. 🥹

While I’m hurting more than I can put into words, I wouldn’t have missed this for the world. I got to hold my boy. I got to love on my boy. I got my boy. 🥹💙

And my wife… she has to be the strongest woman I know. Watching her strength throughout this entire process has been an anchor for me.

Babe, I love you so much. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through this without you.

Through all of this, with tears in our eyes and pain in our hearts, we still STRONGLY confess that GOD IS GOOD. 🙌🏾

We are so grateful that He found us worthy enough to bless us with our baby boy and allow us to spend the time we had with him. We will FOREVER cherish every moment.

Thank You, Father. 🙌🏾💙

Please keep my wife, our girls, and our entire family in your prayers as we walk through the days ahead.

😂 Now, we knew our kids would only be able to hold it in for so long! So before they spill the beans… let US tell you! 💓💓💓

Today we celebrate 5 years of marriage… 😭 but God gave us another reason to celebrate. 🥹🤍
Our greatest anniversary gift is already on the way. 👶🏽✨
Baby Spriggs is coming! 🍼
We’ve learned that God’s timing is never late, His promises never fail, and His plans are always greater than ours.
Five years ago, we said “I do.”
Today, we say “Thank You, Jesus.” 🙏🏽
Thank You for our marriage.
Thank You for our family.
Thank You for this precious life.
Thank You for being faithful through EVERY season.
5 years down. Forever to go.

Happy Birthday to my very fine piece of chocolate, my Mr. Make It Happen! 🎉🤎

Thank you for being such an incredible man. You are an amazing father, leader, friend, son, brother, uncle, minstrel, and so much more. I am so proud of your resilience, your strength, your humility, and the way you love. Your love reflects the Father’s heart, and it blesses everyone who has the privilege of knowing you.

My prayer is that you continue to reap every seed you’ve sown and that favor remains your portion in every area of your life. Thank you for allowing me to cover you in prayer while you faithfully carry and cover so many others.

Today, I pray that you are celebrated the same way you celebrate everyone else because you truly deserve it! Your family loves you endlessly, and we are so grateful for the gift that you are.

I can’t help but smile thinking about where we’ll be a year from now. We’ll look back on this day and see even more answered prayers, fulfilled promises, and evidence of God’s faithfulness. 🥹😭🙌🏾

Where we landed. What began in worship culminated in an atmosphere of joy, freedom, and celebration before the Lord. And yes, @imanijoiraeford and @thecassierichardson’s dance moves remain completely unpaid actors. 😂✨

We do not do this often, but Journeys is first and foremost a prayer gathering. The language of the Spirit carries a unique power. Without instruction, prompting, or coercion, a room full of believers lifted their voices together, and another dimension of God’s presence filled the atmosphere. 🙏🏾🔥

There’s so much I can say about one of my heroes. Before I knew how to play a note on a keyboard, I was AMAZED and captivated by the leadership and sound of Reese Rogers. Watching him literally shift atmospheres whether he was on organ or keys, it was something to study! The way he ran rehearsals from the organ 😮‍💨😮‍💨 He commanded a sound from whoever he was working with. Not only a sound, but a sensitivity to the assignment. There’s so much I can say, but at the end of the day I just want to say thank you. You have been a GIANT and a hero to me. I studied your sound so much to where I knew what A Maurice Rogers record was before I read the credits. You impacted Multiple generations of musicians and I appreciate you.
