We are still here. God is still keeping us. Today we laughed. 🙌🏾🤍 Because even in grief, even in exhaustion, even in a season that has taken so much from us, God still allows for moments that remind us that life isn’t sorrowful. Moments that make us smile again, laugh harder, feel a little lighter, and remember that there is still goodness to experience. The joy doesn’t erase our grief, and the grief doesn’t disqualify moments of joy. One day at a time, with help [God] along the way. 🫶🏾

Happy 9th Birthday to my baby girl! 🥹🎀💕
I wish I could fully express the strength this girl has been for me, the love she carries, and the literal JOY she has brought into our lives. She has such a beautiful way of bringing light into a room, making us laugh, dancing through the hard moments, and finding a way to talk through even the biggest feelings.
This has been an incredibly difficult week for our family, and somehow, in the middle of it all, this sweet girl has continued to pray for us, make us laugh, dance, talk, and simply be the beautiful light that she is. Watching her navigate such a big week with so much love and grace has reminded me just how special she truly is.
As her parents, we couldn’t be more proud of the girl she is becoming. We are praying that today she is surrounded by the same love, kindness, joy, and thoughtfulness that she so selflessly gives to everyone around her.
Kennedy, you are 9! 🥹💕 And while I could write a thousand words, none of them would fully capture the gift that you are to us. We love you beyond words, baby girl. May this next year be filled with laughter, adventure, beautiful memories, and so many reasons to smile.

This strength you see is not us, it is the Holy Spirit.
I don’t have many words, but I have a God who sees all, knows all, and is sooooo mindful of His daughter and His son, even in the midst of this. 🤍
So I rest in that.
Even on the days when I have no words but many tears, I know He sees me. He knows my heart. He knows my pain AND He is still God.
So thank you to every single one of you who has reached out, prayed, checked on me and my family, and gone the extra mile to love on us with no questions asked. Every prayer, message, meal, phone call, and act of kindness has meant more than I could ever put into words.
As we continue through the days ahead, if you see my husband, our children or me, please be prayerful, be sensitive, and simply love on us. Some days we may have words, and some days we may not. Some days there may be tears, and other days we may smile. Thank God for grace to grieve however it comes.
Continue to cover our family in prayer as we take this one day at a time.
We love and appreciate every one of you more than you know.

Today we celebrate 5 years of marriage… 😭 but God gave us another reason to celebrate. 🥹🤍

We’ve learned that God’s timing is never late, His promises never fail, and His plans are always greater than ours.
Five years ago, we said “I do.”
Today, we say “Thank You, Jesus.” 🙏🏽
Thank You for our marriage.
Thank You for our family.
Thank You for this precious life.
Thank You for being faithful through EVERY season.
5 years down. Forever to go.
