Since March, I had really questioned what I was going to do for the rest of the year with all of my gigs cancelled because of COVID-19. Although I teach during the school year, I survived off of weddings and various performances during the summers...All had seemed like a lost cause, until I made the decision to stop playing random songs on the side of the road, and start turning busking into a real Street Performance. I was VERY hesitant, but I’m thankful for the support of the people around me and the decisions I’ve made this year!

I had the pleasure of playing for Skyy John, aka @tipsybartender in Downtown Chicago yesterday! For years I have been watching him create alcoholic masterpieces in front of a camera, and seeing him in person was a great surprise!

It’s my 36th Birthday✨ Grateful for the body that carries me, the life that fulfills me, and the journey that continues to shape me. 🎂♎️

My husband, who shares a birthday with me, somehow still manages to make the day all about *me* and treats me like a princess. He surprised me with a birthday cake, and it was the highlight of my day. 🥰

Our 7 Year Anniversary! ❤️

Every year on this day, I take the time to reminisce on our years together and continue the routine of celebrating our relationship, friendship, and life-long commitment to our marriage. This time, I want to transition the celebration of “Us” to the celebration of YOU. For as long as memory serves me, you have been my purpose, my motivation, my driving force, and my inspiration to continuously pour into our unity and cultivate our marriage into the blessing that it is today.

This past year, I saw first-hand what it means for you to transcend, grow, and pour into yourself just as you pour into our unity. I can’t help but to be so proud of the woman that you are and the inspiration that you continue to be for me. Yesterday I had the honor of finishing the season strong by having my pro debut at the largest natural bodybuilding show in the world @ocbyortoncup !✨

Placing 5th in Class H at my pro debut in a stacked class of 8 beautiful stallions, among the best of the best, is such a huge a win. I still can’t believe that I even placed. 🥹

My heart is full, and I am overcome with gratitude. I’m so proud of myself for seeing this season through, all the lows and highs. Each outcome continues to make me the stronger competitor I am today.

I want to thank those who continue to support me through what I love to do. I’m having so much fun living a dream that I’ve had for so long and your support means the world.

That’s a wrap for this season! I look forward to more pro shows later but for now, time to improve, keep building, and enjoy life with balance 🤎

Memorial Day weekend in Italy 🇮🇹

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to not only be part of a special occasion for an amazing bride and groom, but to also create my own special moments with my wife on our first European trip together! Seeing my wife on stage bringing her best physique and performance was one of the proudest moments I’ve ever had! It’s been 8 days since the show and I’m STILL in awe. Watching you put in the work, the extreme effort, the discipline, and supporting you from the sidelines, I can’t explain how impactful this was for me to be a witness to it all.
